Holiday rentals with a patio in Paúba Beach

Beautiful, cozy and very clean place. It has everything we need and a little more!! It is in the center of everything and very close to the beach. Saulo and Sr Francisco were extremely attentive and the only problem we had with a shower, they solved instantly! Is already one of our favorite places and we will definitely be back more often!

The space is very well organized and clean. It had everything we needed for three days. My wife and I felt at home. The space is located on a side street in the middle of the historic center of São Sebastião, so it is possible to explore the entire historic center on foot, without any difficulty. In addition, there are markets, bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby, all of which can be reached on foot. The parking provided is very useful. Driele was a great host, gave very useful local tips and we were able to have a great experience this first time in São Sebastião.

Bruno was a host who quickly communicated and resolved any difficulties. The bungalow matches the listing and has all the necessary amenities for a great stay.

The days in Cléia's apartment were simply wonderful! The beach of Martim de Sá alone is absurdly special, but being able to stay in such a beautiful, well-kept and complete space made everything even better. It is a new, complete space, where you can see the care and affection in every corner! In addition to Cléia being an excellent host, responding quickly even though she lives in another time zone, all the building's employees are friendly and respectful. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I can't wait to come back!

Nice and clean place and a good location, would stay again

Extremely nice and comfortable house. The listing matches what we found on-site. We were in 6 adults and 3 young children. The house space was more than enough for both of us. The condominium is great, seems to be safe and has many leisure options. The access to the beach is quiet, you can walk or you can go by car and park at the condominium entrance. The point of the beach is very cool, with good structure for eating and drinking. Bathroom and ducha have to go to the condominium, but it's very close, so no problems. The condominium's umbrella service is also great with 10 employees. I have absolutely nothing to complain about hosting. Joyce was also perfect. Very friendly and helpful Always replying very quickly. It would definitely return .

Everything was as advertised and Alessandra was always very available to help us! It was worth every penny paid!

I usually go to the island whenever I can to recharge my batteries, this time out of season in the cold, I chose this Recanto to celebrate my birthday, the Ponta da Sela condominium is an incredible place in itself, I always stay here, there is a fishing spot that loves to see the sunset there, among so many wonders of nature preserved in the place. Veronica's house is a surreal place, an impeccable house with a beautiful, infinity-edge pool. The house is very nice and private, and for those who have pets, it is all surrounded by the yard. Veronica answered me very well by phone, she is a flexible person, and gave me a small discount. She was flexible at check-in and check-out. Of all the houses we stayed in at Ponta da Sela, Veronica's was by far the best experience we had. The house is very complete, with many utensils. In short, I would spend hours writing about how good this experience was! Something surreal! Thank you for hosting us and giving us the opportunity to stay at your home, Veronica, we'll be back!!!

Denise's house is of good taste and practicality, mattresses, air conditioning, impeccable cleanliness, first-class kitchen utensils and a wonderful outdoor room. A backyard full of fresh herbs for those who like to cook. Our family loved the accommodation. The location is excellent. Denise is a 10-star host!

We were very welcome and the location befitting the listing. Great house, quiet and safe place! Full stay. I only recommend taking bigger pans if they need to cook for more people. We also miss a refrigerator in the barbecue area. In addition, everything is great.

Despite small problems we had, everything was very good because the communication was very easy and everything was solved quickly! The house is magnificent, it was wonderful to spend a few days there with my family : )

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

First, I have to recognize that Luciana is sensational! He responded to all messages promptly and answered two requests without any difficulty. The place is great and just cross the street to get to the beach (station 11). The apartment has all calluses for a quiet stay on the beach! Super recommend the site and especially Luciana!!!

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

We went with family and felt at home. The house is very beautiful and clean, with good sheets and towels and well equipped with household utensils. Close to the beach and the condominium offers beach service, which helped a lot. We loved the stay and it was great to get to know the whale beach We'll be back for sure

Erika is lovely and her place is immaculate. It is walking distance towards restaurants and shopping and close to the Ihlabela ferry. Great find!
