Kopal and her husband Avish were super responsive and always there to assist us with anything we required during our stay. BnB was on 14 floor with extravagant lush green views and that monsoon vibe really hit us hard. Mesmerising memories that we will never forget and soon will book them again hopefully.

If you want to be in the middle of nowhere — in a good way — this is the place. The house has a beautiful facade with exposed local stone and bricks. It is well lit and ventilated with a lot of glass — blurring the lines between the indoors and outdoors. In the morning when you wake up, you may have a WTF moment when you look at the view in front of you. We reached the place at night and yet it was relatively easy to find. Jio mobile service works fine. The house is equipped with all the basics, and the caretaker & the host Megha are proactive in ensuring you have everything you need before check-in. When we were there, it was pouring, and a stream nearby was flowing. At night, you will hear frogs singing their hearts out. It is a cosy place to spend the weekend away but not too far from the city. Be sure to take your books along, you'll find many corners to settle in. The place has been designed thoughtfully. The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner ensured everything was perfect, and the caretaker cooked a delicious dinner for us. I’ll highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The first thing you notice when you reach the property or on your way to the property is how close it is to the waterfront, and the fact that the boating and other activities are literally within 5 mins distance. But more importantly, the place is so beautiful, the deck at the entrance of the house was the place we spent so much time at, because of all the trees planted within the property which led to birds of all kinds coming to peck the flowers. The main house contains a double bed, spacious sitting and a large very airy space. The TV isn't much usable but then you didn't come here to watch the TV, now did you? There is another room across the property which also has a double bed, and basic amenities. There is a lawn in between both rooms and also a net to play badminton. All in all, just loved the location of the property and the house itself was so beautifully done, we stayed 2 days and enjoyed our time to the fullest. Planning another trip with friends soon

One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in! The house feels way more premium than it appears in the photos. From the luxurious logo embossed linen to the advanced ayurveda toiletries, the fully stocked kitchen to the little artefacts that elevate the space, Jaskaran and team's attention to detail and commitment to bring an 'ask and we have it!' kind of experience to the guest is absolutely impeccable. The location of the property is perfect for a night out at some of best eateries, we even caught great live music at lunch at Elephant & Co, just two minutes away! Tucked away in a quiet lane and just minutes from the buzzing life in Balewadi - best of both worlds. Felt at home the moment I stepped in, will definitely return. Would definitely recommend this tiny house! Amazing location and great hosts! The instructions provided were spot on. The description of the place matched! There are lots of birds around the property. Truly perfect for forest bathing. What’s amazing is we saw a fireflies show in the evening, in the monsoon season. Will definitely be visiting again!
