Coastal hut

It always starts with yourself. I wanted for myself... a place to escape, to experience silence, to hear nature, to restore my strength and to be with my family. Everything is made by the hands of simple people, a little here and there in other Italian courtyards, but from the heart... for themselves. And yet, for others as well. So, little by little, the dream has become a reality, a little hut on the river bank for myself and for others. We are happy to say that the hut has become much more accessible and cozy for others as well.

Historical house "Ameļkrogs"

Historical, renovated pub. In a convenient location between Ventspils and Kuldiga, close to Lake Usma. Wooden sauna, trampoline, grill available. Possibility to apply for hunting in the local hunting club "AMEĻCIEMS" (and sauna heating) for an additional fee. There's a cow farm next door, so cows often visit the fence in the evenings. An authentic rural experience is provided by wood heating (there is always wood in the backyard shed). The owner stays at the far end of the house with a separate entrance (no room to share).

Homestead Ukrinai, Mažeikiai district

In the homestead, you can enjoy the newly equipped sauna-sauna, use of the hot tub, and the pool table that never wake up. Also on the large projector screen you will be able to watch your favorite shows on TELIA TV, in the evening like to watch a movie or a basketball game in the theater. On a 90m2 terrace, everyone who wants to have a coffee or some other drink will find their own corner on the terrace. By the way, you'll have access to a barbeque-grill and improve your body tan on the loungers in the enclosed backyard space.

3room Park Apartment

Cozy three-room apartment with 2 separate bedrooms in the center of Liepaja near the Beach Park. One bedroom with a king size double bed. The second bedroom has two separate beds. Comfortable double pull-out corner sofa in the living room. In summer, you are welcome to use the outdoor terrace. I pay the most attention to cleanliness – most guests rate the apartment as sparkling clean. Looks exactly like in the pictures. First floor, own entrance. The entire building was completely reconstructed in 2023.

Relax with the whole family. Located 5 minutes from the sea, center, seaside park, promenade, nearby bars and restaurants. This apartment is equipped with everything you need to live. For your comfort, fresh linen, towels, bathrobes are provided. The apartment has two toilets, one with shower and the other with bath. Everything you need for cooking, washing machine, internet and television, free parking. It is possible to meet and escort to the airport. You can also rent SUP boards.

Old Town Apartment in Kuldiga

Spacious apartment with a loft in the heart of Kuldīga - in the Old Town on a pedestrian street, which can be viewed from the window of the apartment. This is a one-bedroom open-plan apartment located on the second floor of the building. Kitchen and very spacious (12m2) bathroom with everything you need. There is a sleeping area in the loft and also a double sofa bed in the living room. A separate cloakroom where you can conveniently store your belongings and clothes.

Country house Lūķi - Oak cottage

This is a cottage overlooking the meadow and the nearby forest. The cottage has a small terrace, where you can enjoy your time and relax. There is a small kitchen area and a bathroom with a shower. The cottage is located in country estate Lūķi, 2km to the beach. The estate has a picturesque landscape with large oaks, a tea garden, an authentic sauna, and garden shed. The sauna can be used by extra charge and bringing own charcoal for the grill is recommended.
