A house with character in the heart of a 45-hectare park

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. It is in the heart of unspoiled nature, between the Loire and Louet, and only 15 minutes from the heart of Angers that Laure Gasnier and her family welcome you to La Petite Boire. A typical Anjou farmhouse, our house is an old hemp farm* built in the middle of the 19th century in wood, tuffeau and slate. Our independent cottage can accommodate up to 2 people (and 1 baby). Kitchenette, private bathroom and breakfast included. Don't wait any longer to come and recharge your batteries!

Hélène offers in her fully renovated 18th century house with views of the countryside garden surrounded by nature close to the forest, a bright south-facing bedroom with a shower room with private toilet, a second bedroom is possible under the same conditions, see listing for bedroom with panoramic view... This room is not suitable for small or large children. I'm sorry I can't accommodate our 4-legged friends anymore, non-compliance with some penalizes everyone.

This air-conditioned guest room (independent entrance, private accommodation) located in a historic setting will amaze you. Between the Loire and Loir Valleys, close to the country of Balzac and Ronsard, you can visit the wonderful castles lining the valleys and its renowned vineyards, not to mention its hiking trails and its famous Loire bike circuit.

You have a fully private space with separate entrance, shower room, equipped kitchen and office upstairs. We provide you with everything you need for breakfast. A 5-minute walk from the train station. Puy du Fou is a 25-minute drive away. Maulévrier Oriental Park is a 15-minute drive away. Hellfest 30 minutes away. I will be happy to host you, but a lockbox is available for late check-ins.

Close to the main roads that serve the Vendée coast and the islands, it only takes 50 minutes by car to go swimming, 15 minutes to hike in the Muscadet vineyard, 40 minutes to visit Nantes, Hellfest, for the bravest 1 hour to get to Puy du Fou...
