I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

This place was great! I'm not a Star Wars nut but my partner is & we both thoroughly enjoyed the space. It was everything we imagined it to be & you can tell so much effort was put into making this room perfect. The bed was so comfy I instantly fell asleep. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. There were guests staying in other suites/rooms there but we barely saw anybody. We still very much had our privacy which was appreciated. I played the Atari all ight the 1st night. There were masks to wear & it had all the amenities advertised as well as some extras that were surprises. It was a beautiful home & we had a gorgeous veiw of the lake from our balcony. Very peaceful & well worth the price.

This "home' was an absolute gem for our family retreat! We stayed for a few days with my mom and my in-laws, and the setup was truly perfect. The modern, clean space was ideal for families, offering a peaceful environment with a beautiful pool and stunning waterfront access. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home to vacation in! It was everything we could have asked for and more!! From the crystal clear pool/hot tub to the beautiful views and the lovely neighborhood. Located close to Fishermans Village where we watched dolphins, shopped, dined and watched the gorgeous sunsets. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

We had a great weekend at Jarett and Roxanne’s home. It was adorable and so cozy. Felt great to come back to after our son’s soccer tournament. Kids loved all the toys, games, and even the soccer goal. We were able to meet them and they were so sweet. Everything was spotless. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable! We would love to stay here again each year if we have our tournament :) thank you for the hospitality!

Lovely house in Port Charlotte right on a canal with easy access to the harbor. The house was comfortable and spacious for my parents, myself, my husband and our two children. The pictures don't quite capture how clean and updated the house is. The pool area is absolutely perfect, we hung out there every day and spent hours in the pool. There were so many extras provided that we started saying, "if they don't have it here, we don't need it". Snacks and drinks were provided for us, which was just really nice and greatly appreciated. We used the boat almost every day and also fished right off the dock. If we choose to stay in Port Charlotte again we would definitely stay here. Providing a house with a boat included is maybe the best idea I have ever heard. The only bad part was having to leave.

Beautiful airbnb, my boyfriend & I enjoyed the Kayak’s, campfire & bbq. It was an amazing weekend getaway with everything we needed. The air bnb is stocked with everything you could need to cook there seamlessly.

Even better in person than the photos. Was blown away at theming. Great communication throughout. Very convenient location for event and awesome views.

We had a lovely stay at Doris's place! When we got there it was easy check in and a very nice/clean place. There was little to no confusion the entire stay. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Welcomed by a beautiful view, and a nice well kept exterior. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which allowed for the best views and the most privacy. The unit was clean, well-kept, and updated, even though the point of the vacation was to enjoy the beach/island, it was a place you felt you might accidentally stay Inside too long. We are planning our trip for next year already back to this very spot.

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

Heidi and her place is the the most organized and best operated Airbnb we stayed at. Starting with communication from the moment we booked to very last detail. The place has everything you will ever need, very clean. Beach is right out of the door, pool is great and plenty of floaties, boogie boards and toys for kids. Heidi ordered new pack n’play for our infant, left drinks in the fridge and first morning surprised us with muffins and juice left at our door. Plenty of recommendations and very friendly communication through out the stay and beyond.

Staying at Ocean Club was like medicine for the soul! I was in desperate need of a tranquil vacation, and Ocean Club gave me just what I needed. The condo was spotless and comfortable. The living room area is not very large, but we spent the majority of our time at the beach, the pool, and the balcony. The balcony is magnificent. It’s very private and has the most spectacular view of the ocean. The staff is also super friendly and they do an amazing job of keeping the entire place and grounds immaculately clean. We will definitely be back.
