Highly recommend Vanessa’s place if your are visiting North Berwick. Very homey place with beautiful views and a very responsive host. Great location, as long as you have a car!

Prefect location for attending a nearby wedding. Beautiful surroundings close to beach. Easy access for sightseeing around the area.

This was certainly a great find. Was in a great location to explore the coastal towns and villages but also provided a lovely space to chill out if the weather wasn’t nice. The communal spaces were perfect for a group of friends to hang out and there was plenty of fun activities for us to do e.g. snooker and darts. The bedrooms were very clean and well presented. Everyone slept well! I’ll certainly be looking to return to this beautiful spot. Perfect for a group of friends or families. Caroline was very responsive and provided excellent local recommendations for transport, food and daytrip options. My entire party had a fab experience at this property and everyone slept soundly!

Great stay with magnificent country surrounding us with easy accessibility to walks, ocean beaches and history of the border region. After busy days it was nice to come back to Berry Hill cottage and relax in peace and quiet. I would highly recommend this cottage. Our hosts respected privacy and promptly answered any messages.
