The guest house is one street from Memorial Park which is great for walks and court activities. Minutes away from local restaurants the downtown area and baseball park. Sunset Ranch is an acre lot at the far southeast corner of Marathon, TX that backs up to the ranch land facing south that provides unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets from the 700 sf covered porch. Marathon is a quaint west Texas town with a public park, gardens, restaurants and shopping. It also has a level 1 night sky rating for star gazing. Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park and other parks and communities.

Cozy and comfy cottage near Balmorhea State Park

Just 2 miles off IH-10 and walking distance to town and amenities, this 360sf cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s ideal for a visit to Balmorhea State Park, home of the world’s largest spring-fed swimming pool, where people swim and scuba dive year-round in 74 degree water. Bird watching is popular at Sandia Wetlands and Balmorhea Lake. It’s a perfect place to start or end your visit to the Big Bend area, or as an overnight stop-over when traveling on IH-10.

And if you watch for fairies, birds, or other forest creatures, they are all close by! Hot plate, fridge, and microwave provided.

The Little House

This unique gem you will be staying in holds my heart. This little guest home was built primarily by me, and I'm excited to open the doors for your visit. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

Art-Filled Marfa Adobe

Located at the western edge of Marfa, this cozy, unique adobe offers a true Marfa experience, and the best isolation and comfort for you. The house is air conditioned and heated, has wifi and a smart TV. There is one bedroom downstairs with a comfy queen sized bed and one loft bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and fun views. (No pets) Choose silence, solitude in our 12'x14' AIR CONDITIONED furnished hut, with a picture window view of Mesa; bed, desk, rocking chair, kitchenette. (1 guest only) and Wi-Fi. Space dedicated for meditation, prayer, writing. Private shower 90 steps away, inside main house. Hiking trail minutes away. Vaccination recommended. The Wallace Ranch Boxcar Bunkhouse is located on the Wallace Ranch 6 miles south of Canyon Texas. The 114 year old Boxcar Bunkhouse was restored and converted into a unique one of a kind property! We have hosted guests and large groups/families at the ranch for several years and with the addition of the Boxcar Bunkhouse we are excited to add another level of unique accommodations to the Panhandle area!
