The building is a monument building therefore regularly maintained in a demanding condominium. The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother. Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)

Very good location, nice, modern, clean apartment. It was an excellent choice with children because there were restaurants and downtown attractions within walking distance. We could easily and flexibly occupy the apartment and it was great that parking was also provided. I can only recommend this place to stay!
