The accommodation delivers what it promises, it is in a quiet area but a 2-minute walk from EVERYTHING in Somo; the center, the beach... the extra garage space is a big plus. Ceferino 10/10. Friendly and concerned. 100% recommended

I recommend this apartment, where my family and I stayed for 4 days. The cleanliness and order were exceptional, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, which allowed us to enjoy our stay without worries. The location was ideal and the owner's treatment was kind and attentive. We would definitely repeat the experience without any hesitation.

WONDERFUL. Marta's apartment is super cozy and family friendly, true to photographs, super well equipped kitchen with everything you need, the bathroom is very comfortable and with a hydromassage column that is appreciated after all the day of tourism, the terrace is indescribable super spacious and with wonderful views of the sea and the estuary, the sunsets without words. It is a very quiet place, ideal for disconnecting and getting out of the ordinary. A car is a MUST as there are no amenities nearby. As a negative point, access to the apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility, there is no elevator and there are stairs. If you leave the car on the street, more stairs are added. The parking space is ample but a fairly “justito” elevator is necessary to access according to the car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARTA 'S ACCOMMODATION, we felt right at home and the attention of the host and co-hosts of 10, always attentive and at your disposal:)

The apartment is very comfortable, bright and comfortable. It's well equipped. The area is very quiet and the terrace is huge and pleasant because it overlooks a green area. Many services around, buses to the city center and close access to the city exits. On weekdays, there are a few hours in the afternoon when there is noise from a dance school downstairs, but the rest of the time is very quiet. Our dog has been sunbathing on the terrace most of the time. We have been very comfortable in La Terrazuca. If we can, we will return.

The house is beautiful, everything is very new and tastefully decorated. Large bed and windows. The terrace has fantastic views. The hosts were kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We went with our dogs and they didn't charge us any extra, which is appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay and were delighted with the accomodation. Everything was clean, new, and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to the beach and supermarkets. Would definitely stay again!

We just spent a few days with our family. The accommodation is just as you can see in the photos, everything is very new and clean. Very comfortable and large beds. The kitchen well equipped with necessities. Also highlighting the proximity to the beach, the pool, which my children always use and the garage square. We'll be back.

We spent a weekend with friends at Carmen's house. We were very comfortable. The house is wonderful in terms of space, comfort, services and a step away from downtown. Communication with Carmen was great from the start, making it easy for us to check in and out. I highly recommend this accommodation. And it's amazing to go with kids too! They have a trampoline, a playroom... everything taken care of in detail!

A really great place - big and comfortable house with a huge green backyard and an amazing view to the ocean, Santander, lighthouses and sunsets. Feels very private and peaceful and only a couple of minutes of walking to the center of Somo and couple minutes more to the beach. Very well stocked house. The design inside might seem a little old-school, but still very clean, everything works, very comfortable. We were three people and we rented only the first floor and as a result we had lots and lots of space to our selves. David was very helpful and responsive. Great place.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and in 10 minutes you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can easily get there and you can also visit the villages with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

Very nice the smithy de somo, the accommodation is just as you can see in photos, everything new and very clean. The host was attentive at all times to answer our questions, gave us local recommendations and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. Value for the money 10/10. The garden with the bbq is a plus. As the only detail, the space for 6 is maybe half fair, mainly because the second bathroom is not completely closed. We were also very well accommodated. Everything else was great! I would definitely come back!

We had a very pleasant few days at Conchi's house!! The cottage is right next to the beach, an incredible location!!!Conchi is very kind and super nice. I recommend it 100%!! We'll be back

A charming house in a beautiful neighborhood

We just got back from spending 3 wonderful days in this fantastic accommodation that looks like it's out of a fairy tale! The first thing to highlight is Ana's close and affectionate treatment. The truth is that from minute 1 she was attentive to everything we could need to make us feel at home! And what about his house... decorated with exquisite taste, in a very quiet town that invites you to disconnect, it makes you live a magnificent experience that you will not forget! We were traveling with a 1-month-old baby and everything was easy, they took care of leaving us a crib ready, bathtub... Also note the location of the village, ideal for visiting many places of interest in Cantabria, as it is just a few minutes from cities such as Santander! Definitely a 10!! I wish I could go back again!

A lovely little apartment for a couple of nights stop in Suances, Carlos was very helpful and gave great instructions to find and access the apartment, nice little garden for our dog. Very comfortable bed

Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

The stay at Teresa's was a great experience all around. The accommodation is very nicely furnished and superbly equipped, we lacked nothing and we felt right at home. The view from the accommodation is impressive. The area is quiet and you have your privacy. There are many possibilities to do something in the area and Teresa gave us valuable tips. We will be happy to come back!

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything could not be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be more bustling (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S.: if you go with kids (and, if not, also :-D), the beaches of Isla are another great point in favor!

We recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Raquel's apartment. It is perfectly located with great views towards the Picos and we particularly enjoyed watching the horses and two foals in the field at the back and watching and listening to the cows and their bells in the other field. It was very soothing. The apartment is a good size and being decorated in a minimalist style, there is a lot of space to enjoy along with a very big balcony. The wifi speed is good and the bed comfortable. We were driving in our own car having travelled by ferry and the house and large drive is very secure so perfect to pack up for our return journey. Some of the roads are a little narrow (depends on your car) but we found the easiest way in and out is to turn sharp left out of the drive and then right at the bottom and left towards the main road - no problem. You definitely need a car to explore but the benefits are that you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle of the town. A good stay.

Magda gave us 10/10 service. Always making sure you feel at home. And the accommodation is amazing. Super quiet and with countless details. Very close to the port of Alisas. Ideal accommodation for the Hoznayo Rally Festival. If we go back to the rally, we will definitely repeat!!
