Beachfront holiday rentals in Pefki

It was a really nice experience from the beginning, communication was very good, Panos replied within minutes! The house is a real gem, perfect location! Privacy with a beautiful balcony looking at the see and you are also 1 minute from a really good small shop, where you can buy anything you might need and is also open on Sundays and non-working days. There are also restaurants within walking distance. Two minutes from the house you can also rent boats. From the balcony you can go down to the sea or walk directly to the village beach which was not crowded at all at the beginning of June. The house is spotless! Everything is very clean, the bathrooms are also really nice and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and also very clean. All appliances were working, no broken fridge or micro! Panos gave us a bottle of orange marmalade which was really nice and was also very delicious! Beds were also good and comfortable. Very much recommended, exactly as advertised with a very good host!

Nicola's place is in a fantastic spot in Lindos town, just outside of the busiest area but within a couple of minute's walk of the bustle of the main town with it's shopping, bars and restaurants, and just a few minute's walk to the main beaches and the acropolis. It's well equipped and suited us perfectly with two older teenage kids. It's worth mentioning that the master bedroom with en suite is up a set of cobbled outside stairs with no railings, and the roof terrace (which is lovely to sit out on in the evenings) also has no safety railings. So this house may not be suitable for families with small kids, or for older people who may struggle with the cobbles and outside stairs. I would also point out that Nicola's listing didn't mention the tourist tax which was introduced across Greece this year and amounts to 10 Euros per night, so an unexpected 70 Euros for us. That said, we had a really lovely week staying here in July and would definitely recommend Nicola's house to others.

Kiki is the best AirBnB host we stay with. Her home is much loved, well equipped and maintained. It’s a short, steep 5 minute walk up from the harbour, and 5/10 minutes from two great beaches in beautiful enclosed bays. Beyond the village there are lovely mountain walks along roads, or sometimes challenging trails, to more remote, beautiful coves.

Our stay at Rania's house was fantastic and exactly what we needed as a family. The contact with Rania was warm and uncomplicated, she responded quickly to questions. The house is beautiful, very clean and well equipped – incl. Washing machine and dishwasher. The quiet location outside of Apolakkia was ideal for switching off, with the rental car you can quickly reach Lindos, Prasonisi or surrounding villages. A special highlight was the private access to the almost deserted beach. The terrace offers comfortable sun loungers, seating, beach chairs and towels. Our children (4 and 6) had a lot of fun climbing over rocks and discovering the large, natural property with plants and animals - including a daily visit from a small gecko. An all-round successful holiday - we are thrilled and recommend the house without reservation!

Very good value for money, the host is very pleasant and the apartment is very clean, comfortable bedding. I highly recommend it.

This was my second stay at this wonderful Villa, and it was just as peaceful and serene as I remembered. Waking up to the stunning view is truly amazing, it never gets old. Since my first visit, the hosts have made several thoughtful renovations, both big and small, which only enhanced the experience. I especially appreciated the new additions like the games, ping pong table and painting supplies, lovely touch. People in the village were so friendly and welcoming, both other tourists and locals. I’ll definitely be back again!

Thank you for everything, beautiful place. Provide a non-slip mat for the shower floor, which is sloping and smooth. Otherwise it was great, really! Kind regards, Myriam

Gavriela's cottage has a fantastic location, the garden and the terrace are lovingly laid out with many details and very well maintained. The view from the terrace directly to the sea, especially in the morning, is fantastic. As a welcome, fruit and drinks were in the refrigerator for us. Gavriela's family is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our holiday week to the fullest. Even if it didn't spoil our vacation, you should know the following: The only footpath to the cottage is extremely uneven, rocky, partly with stairs directly along the rock. Luggage and purchases must then also be carried to the house. Gavriela's family kindly helped us a lot on arrival and departure. Difficult for people with disabilities. The only road is unpaved and in very (!) poor condition; only to be driven with off-road vehicles, but not with normal rental cars!

Beautiful villa, bright and spacious, surrounded by a beautiful garden. We immediately feel at home there, especially since it is well surrounded and private. The pool is very beautiful, and we particularly appreciated the opportunity to heat it, for our young children, as it is still cool in early May. The water was at 30 degrees, a treat! We even thought about games for the kids. Jenny is a lovely host. She welcomed us with a basket of fruit and wine, and has always been very responsive. The villa has all the amenities you can dream of. The area is very beautiful, and deserves to be discovered by car. We were also able to leave the house later, as our flight was in the evening, which we enjoyed. In short, nothing to say but happiness!

We felt more than comfortable from day 1. Anthoula is such a warm, loving and helpful hostess. Thanks to her, the accommodation was always sparkling clean and extremely cozy for the duration of our visit, the bed linen was changed several times. No request was refused. If Rhodes again, then only at Anthoula! Thank you for this beautiful, uncomplicated and unforgettable time!

Very nice stay at Villa Costa Gennadi, there were 6 of us, the house is very well-equipped, the proximity to the beach is perfect, and the location in general is perfect for those who do not like tourist areas, we went to dinner in the village 15 min on foot and the beach was almost ours (very few people, sometimes no one). We would definitely recommend this Airbnb 🙂

The place is amazing. Even bettet that in photos! Spacious, clean. The house had everything we needed to make our five-person family feel like home. The location is 10 min away with the car from the nearest city, so it's a calm and private place. Pool was cooled so even in the hot days you can always refresh. The pool's 1.5 m depth makes it ideal for families with young children or for people who are not proficient swimmers. Owner, Stefanos, was very kind and welcoming. Suggested places to shop, eat, and see among other things. He left us some snacks, wine and cooled water.

Gorgeous villa. So much space, and facilities. Panos a great and very responsive host. Beds were far too firm for our liking. Also the running water was temperamental (due to local hotel requirements) Great location. Would visit again!!

We enjoyed it very much, everything was as shown in the photos. The host always responded quickly and was also able to speak very good English when we arrived, he also told us directly what there is in the area. And he also sent me a lot of links where you can eat well or great bars as well as activities. We felt very comfortable. And was provided water/beer/wine/soft drinks and a bit of fruit. (Free)

Wow what a lovely apartment. Perfect for us. My husband is very tall and found the space and bed size amazing. Lovely and clean and good communication.

Very attractive villa, plenty of room for a family of four. The big pool, lovely outdoor space and amazing views mean this villa is a real find. It’s very hard to find a quality villa with a pool within walking distance to a beach and shops and restaurants - this ticked all those boxes. The inside of the villa is really well done, modern and clean with great air-con. You can get a taxi to near by Lindos, St Paul’s Bay for €15 euro each way. Highly recommend this villa and the host Svetlana was lovely and responsive. Vlycha bay is pebbles so for sandy beach just do some day trips to Lindos, Pallas and St Paul’s. It was lovely and quiet. A 2 minute walk down the steep hill and there are two nice places to eat and drink as well as mini market or super market 10 minutes walk.

Aspasia epitomises Greek hospitality at its best. She met us late and provided essentials. She answered all questions and the flat was first class, with a great view and private access to beach.

Loved our stay at Rosa-Maria's place. We had so many treats waiting for us when we arrived. The property is large, and it was great having two bathrooms. The outside space is huge, and had a great shaded area for meal times, and comfortable sun loungers for the sun worshipers. The bed was a tad hard for us, but we got by. The view every day was amazing. Stegna was a lovely sleepy little seaside town compared to a lot of the other beaches on Rhodes. A great place to unwind.

What a great spot with a beautiful balcony view of Stegna beach. This apartment sits on top of a restaurant and is in walking distance to several other cafes and restaurants. We visited in late March though so very few shops/restaurants were open but it was quiet and peaceful. I’m told it gets quite busy in the high season however. We arrived to a thoughtful fridge of breakfast fixings as we arrived late and stores were closed. It came nicely appointed with some coffee, cream and local honey which was exceptional! The beach in front is gorgeous and sandy with few rocks and makes for very comfortable swimming. The morning sun hits the balcony perfectly and by the hot afternoon, the balcony is shaded which keeps things tolerable. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed to cook a few meals. This is an excellent spot for relaxing, beaching and exploring the island. The cove at Stegna beach is more appealing than the surrounding ones at Lindos or Tsambika beach IMO 😊

Hara is a wonderful host! We were very warmly welcomed in the extremely clean and lovingly furnished villa. There was everything we needed. As a welcome, not only fresh fruit but also wine and honey from Rhodes awaited us. In Stegna Beach, the small place nearby, there was delicious authentic food in the small restaurants. We had a fantastic week! In particular, we will miss the breathtaking view of the sea and the nearby bay with crystal clear waters. We highly recommend a stay at the quiet villa!

Athanasia"s house is a true work of art built by her father. It is a true blast from the past, built using traditional methods and materials. It has all the facilities you could want with a fantastic view. It would be a godsend in the summer asthe house would remain cool in the hot weather. A great place to stay.

Wonderful location a few steps from the beach and several very good restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful in the evenings away from the busy part of town. The private parking next to the property and sunbeds / parasol literally next to the sea were both very welcome. The beds were very comfortable! Stefanos and Maria were really welcoming and very helpful. Haraki is a lovely little town with a sheltered bay for safe swimming - lots to see with a snorkel!!! it is a great base from which to explore the whole of Rhodes.

I had the most fantastic 9 nights in haraki .. the apartment is perfectly located directly across the pedestrian walkway straight onto the most beautiful beach. For me, paradise to wake every morning to the view and sound of the sea! To swim everyday before breakfast and then to sit outside on the patio to enjoy! The apartment is a good size and had everything for my stay, including a full size fridge/freezer and stove/cooker. I found the (back entrance) to the flat easily enough with Nikos’ instructions, but I have been to haraki many times and know the layout .. maybe not so easy if you don’t know the area, and you arrive in the dark! Restaurants all very good, with a fantastic selection for everyone, and easy to walk to. Also 2/3 small supermarkets for basics but there are some larger ones within 10 mins drive. Bed comfortable, if you prefer firm, although a side table/lamp would have been preferable instead of bright main light. Maybe some updating needed but overall fab!

We stayed for a week and the place was great. Just as described and communication was excellent. I would recommend this place without any hesitation.
