Waterfront holiday rentals in Pefkochori

We stayed 10 days in the Apollo apartment and had a wonderful time. Alex happened to be there and greeted us personally. Alex and Theo are so nice and helpful - just great hosts. Questions are answered immediately. Theo is on site. Everything is exactly as described in the photos. Even more beautiful! Have breakfast on the balcony in the morning - end the day on the balcony in the evening. Kitchen has everything you need, even to cook something at home in the evening. The beach is right outside the door, with several beach bars, but also with a public area. Umbrellas and other beach utensils can be rented from Alex & Theo. I still recommend renting a car to drive to other beaches and explore the area. The supermarket downstairs has everything you need and a very delicious bakery. Larger supermarkets are also nearby. We can only recommend a stay, we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you for everything

The place is really beautiful and spacious, the two terraces surround the entire home and you can decide whether you want to enjoy the sunrise or have a coffee in the shadows. The center of Afytos is within a walkable distance, with many restaurants and shops. The beach is also near, although the path to it is steep and I preferred using a car. There is convenient parking and the place is really quiet, I had great sleep there. Beds are comfortable and everything was super clean. The view is more than breath taking, and you can enjoy it from both terraces and also from the living room. There are two bathrooms with makes it really convenient. Antigoni and Kostas were friendly and responsive. The communication was perfect, instructions how to find the place were clear. We really enjoyed the new sunbeams on the terrace. A really great place to stay.

The apartment is fantastic - clean, comfortable, with a magnificent view. The location is quiet and very beautiful. It has everything needed for the perfect vacation close to nature. Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

Great and cozy place. The area is well maintained and has everything is needed. The house is clean and cozy. The host is very friendly and provides with all information very fast. We felt welcomed there. We are very grateful for communication and all support during our stay. The restaurant and store are few minutes away from the house. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!🤩

It is a beautiful place to spend your holiday. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Even in the wintertime the apartment was perfect. Starting with a free parking place and easy check-in, you will have everything at your disposal. Me and my wife felt at home... a very luxury and well-designed one! We will be back for another child-free weekend... for sure.

Our stay at Ioannes was really wonderful. The description of the pictures corresponds exactly to what we found: the apartment was modern and aesthetically furnished, tidy and clean. From the parasol for the beach to the ironing board to pots and pans, everything you need for a nice vacation was there. And you are right by the sea! Ioannes was very likeable and welcomed us kindly in Kalyves. We particularly liked the flexibility and hospitality of Ioannes: we were not only able to check into the apartment at 1:00 a.m. (due to the very late flight) without any problems, but were also greeted with a small snack. The contact with Ioannes was pleasant, smooth and problem-free. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. We had a really nice stay at Maria's place in Nea Sikonia! The house was well equipped with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable family stay. House location is in the heart of the village, just steps away from the beach, charming village center, and a variety of great restaurants but at the same time in a quite small alley. Nea Sikonia itself is a picturesque village with a lovely square and a street lined with restaurants and cafes right in front of the beach and small harbor Traveling by car is ideal for exploring nearby places like Agia Paraskevi, Chaniotis, Pefkochori, Paliouri among others all of which are just a short drive away. Most importantly Maria is incredible host, kind and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions and local recommendations and welcomed us with a great home made Limoncello Last but not least Maria warmly welcomed our Jack Russell, Eddy, who had the freedom to run freely around in the house's yard and enjoy the vacation with us.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended.

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 8 nights and I could have stayed longer. Waking up and having breakfast on the front porch with such a beautiful view was great. The beach and the water were spectacular, and pretty much all to ourselves, so we felt no need to visit other beaches. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts Ioannis and Gianna are such nice people, they greeted us with a freshly baked tiropita and a whole bunch of fruits. They provided clear instructions and were available for anything we needed. There were lawn chairs and umbrellas for the beach for our use, and right next door is a small beach bar that I would get my daily Greek frappe from. I would definitely come back here.

We had a great stay, a couple with our 5-month-old baby. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and even nicer than in the photos. Sissy provided a comfortable baby crib, and communication with her was easy and pleasant. The location is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach and the lovely town of Siviri just a short walk away. There’s also a big supermarket a few minutes’ drive away, and parking was always easy. The view from the balcony is stunning. It’s about 50 easy steps down to the sea, or a slightly steep but doable path if you have a stroller. Sissy gave us beach chairs, an umbrella, and helpful local tips. The balcony is next to another house, but the neighbors were quiet and it didn’t bother us. In the afternoons the sun can warm up the apartment, but there are ceiling fans in every room, and a new A/C is being installed. We felt at home and would love to come back!

We spent 15 days in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is spread over 2 floors. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. Downstairs a small kitchenette, a very small bathroom (with a great shower), 2 sofas and a TV. There is no dining table in the apartment, but 2 very nice balconies, so we had breakfast in the shade on the smaller one in the morning and enjoyed the sunset on the large and covered balcony in the evening. The garden is magnificent and designed and maintained with a lot of love. The existing grills and many seating areas in the garden offer all guests the opportunity to retreat or to seek contact with other guests. We felt super comfortable, George and his family are always ready when there is something to arrange/help and are just totally nice! The 2 beaches are 50 -100m away and very beautiful. We are thrilled and highly recommend it!

The stay with Ioannis and his family was great, they are very warm and friendly hosts, I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The accommodation is exactly as described, the interior as well as the exterior are well maintained, clean and tidy, the pool is the highlight, the sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The area is quiet and not so crowded, so ideal for relaxing and unwinding, I can recommend the accommodation 100%, thank you very much for everything and see you next time.
