Perfect for 4 people but up to 5 with a blow up mattress. We offer kayaks, an outdoor grill and a firepit. Although we are by the pond, the cottage is located minutes away from several hiking spots, dining, shopping, Canobie Lake Park, Tuscan Village etc. Agreement will have to be signed no exceptions.
