It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! This home was beautifully decorated, well furnished and very clean! Both Harold and Jasper were very attentive and responded quickly. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working properly when we stayed and we were really looking forward to that. They did try and repair it while we were there, but the issue wasn't resolved in time. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property!

Anthony and Janey’s home in Orange, CA was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our Disney family trip—just a short drive away and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house looked exactly like the photos (honestly, even better in person) and was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and comfortably warm, the beds were super cozy, and the showers had amazing water pressure. Every amenity was in excellent condition, and you could tell they really put thought into making the home welcoming and functional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Anthony and Janey were amazing super hosts—friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout our stay. We loved the home so much we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in California.

Jessica and Ethan were incredible hosts! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming. The home was perfect for our family getaway ,spacious, cozy, and kid-friendly. Our kids had a blast, and we felt right at home the entire time. We had a great time stay in this house. The kids love the pool. The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood, plus a huge park right next to the house. Shayla is nice, we would recommend people to stay in there!

Me and my family really enjoyed the place. The HOME was very nice clean and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful as well. The host got back with me right away when I needed help with anything. I would definitely stay there again and refer anyone else I know that’s looking for a nice Airbnb.

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

We had a really nice time in Brianna’s home which really has everything I can imagine anyone needing and is exactly as described in the listing,. The ocean views from Patio are especially amazing and a quick walk to beach down Anita Street stairs. Would love to come back someday. The garage you park in is even very nice and makes you feel safe and secure about your car. Brianna was very quickly responsive to our several basic questions at beginning of stay.

This space was everything we could have imagined and more! Cozy, quiet, and felt like home. One perk, that was essential for us, was being close to the beach. You walk through the back parking lot & you’re there! I’m home laundry was a huge perk as well. We did end up needing some assistance with a couple things around the home & our host responded right away (even called to help!). Being new to Cali was made so much easier with AvantStay. 10/10 recommend!

Richard at Sandy Shores was very proactive and assisted us for this very sudden, end of day reservations. He personally came to welcome us in and explain the home and on site parking. Having a garage on premise, however tiny, worked for our little Prius and is crucial when battling the general areas beach going traffic. The home is beautiful, clean and very, very useable. It has an amazing front yard that has the most glorious views of the waters and boats. Very close to Ocean Blvd., the walkability is tops. The lay out of this home is very good with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a pristine kitchen space, comfortable Living and dining spaces and a plus- with a small dedicated work desk. What really stood out was just how clean & fresh the furnishings and linens were without them having an overbearing smell of perfumed cleaners and sprays. We cannot over emphasis the importance of this distinction in Airbnb homes as most homes are fairly closed off for most of the day.

Everything about this stay was great! The home looked just like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect for our needs. The amenities were thoughtful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location!! We loved our stay at this airbnb in Newport Beach. Being right on the sand just a few blocks from the pier and so many restaurants and shops was such fun. I worried about privacy with so many people walking, jogging, biking etc right past our front sliding doors - but I realized the glass is mirrored, so during the day no one can see in. At night there are full shades - so privacy was not a problem. The apartment looked just like the photos. It was very clean and had everything we needed despite how small it was. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Great to have garage parking - but beware - it's a small spot. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 8 had the best stay! We traveled with 3 kids and 5 adults and had plenty of space. The home was bigger than we had anticipated, clean and welcoming and the location can’t be beat! The house was stocked with all kinds of beach equipment and it was 30 seconds out the door until you arrived at the beach! The beach was not very crowded since there isn’t much public parking nearby. We did have to drive to attractions, but that was no problem since there was parking at the house. Would definitely recommend for your next trip to Newport.

Location is just prime for the price. I will be back and highly recommend. Having a garage spot was a huge selling point given the limited parking spaces during busy weekends. Todd was very responsive and super helpful. Again, Location, location, location!

This cottage is fabulous! Cleanliness, location, decor, linens all 5 star. Highly recommend if you are looking for the quintessential beach cottage steps from Shaw’s Cove and all Laguna Beach has to offer!

Perfect stay in CDM. We stayed a week, worked remotely and enjoyed SoCal. Place is spacious for us, clean and the street is quiet. Nice neighbors too. See you next summer!
