In between is a covered patio that opens into the living area, complete w/a swim spa (small pool/large hot tub). A person lift takes you to the water & dock. Pontoon rental available.

This houseboat is on pontoons and is easy to navigate the river. You have 10+ miles of river to explore. As part of the houseboat experience, you can also use the amenities of our resort. Sit by the pool or relax in the hot tub. It is a great way to get away and relax in the heart of Minnesota.
