Nous vous proposons un gîte indépendant de près de 90m2 de plein pied grand confort avec un jacuzzi et une vue magnifique sur la vallée du Champsaur. Le gîte comprend 2 chambres de 15m², un grand séjour cuisine tout équipé et une veranda. Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.

Ce gîte de plain pied, récent et unique,a été réalisé avec des matériaux nobles: mélèze brossé, badigeon à la chaux, fer et bois. Avec une ouverture vitrée sur les montagnes sans aucun vis à vis ,détendez-vous dans ce logement CALME et ÉLÉGANT dans la vallée préservée et sauvage du VALGAUDEMAR dans les HAUTES-ALPES. Randonnée,ski de fond,raquettes... de nombreuses activités loin des grands complexes touristiques mais tellement proche de la nature et de ses habitants. SITE EN PLEINE NATURE.

The log cabin

Enjoy a magnificent view of the start of the Ecrins, quiet, in a log cabin. The chalet is located on the edge of the forest, on the edge of the red fruit farm of Mur'Mûres d'Isabelle. Located near Gap, at the foot of Ceüse Mountain, offering many opportunities for outdoor activities (hiking, climbing, mountain biking, Lake Pelleautier, horseback riding...). Ski resorts 35 km away: Joue du loup, Ancelle. If there is snow at our place, access to the chalet ends on foot for 50 m.

The villa is adapted and suitable for families, close to transportation and the center of town. It is situated 20 Minutes from ski stations and lake serre ponçon. You will appreciate this large house, 150 meters squared, for its beautiful views and comfort. The villa is perfect for families and kids. The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

Apartment - "Le Cabanon"

Au pied de la falaise de Ceüze, en pleine nature avec une vue exceptionnelle, nous vous proposons notre T2 de 44m2 dans un vieille maison de pierres attenant à notre résidence. L'accès se fait par une route forestière de 300 m. Vous pourrez décharger vos valises à proximité de l'appartement en vous garant devant la maison. Attention le chemin n'est pas déneigé et l'accès en cas de chute de neige se fait à pied. La pente est importante par moment (près de 25 %).

Delphine's cottage

Ideal for recharging your batteries, the cottage is located in a Provencal farmhouse in the heart of nature. You will be amazed by the 380° view of the Orpierre mountains. You can visit the farm, the vegetable garden and buy tasty vegetables! This atypical accommodation is suitable for nature lovers.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
