Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Peloponnese Region

We only stayed one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a magical place in a peaceful village. Kaiti provides an incredible local guide - we were able to do a few of her recommended things during our quick stay.

Are you looking for a place to completely unwind? Then look no further: this is heavenly paradise on earth! With your own private beach in front of the cottage (and left and right larger pieces of beach with shade spot), a large bay with crystal clear water, hardly any other people nearby, in the cottage everything you need such as good air conditioning in the bedroom and so on. Elias (or is it Nikos?) is a very sweet host. Upon arrival, we received a large bag of tomatoes, cucumber, oranges, fresh olive oil, etc. We have eaten at Nikos' restaurant several times because it was so incredibly delicious. Lots of choice, and everything fresh. Unlike many other restaurants, there is also a lot of choice for vegetarians. Don't hesitate, really go for it! Elias, thank you so much for your hospitality! We look forward to seeing you next time.

We have had an amazing stay! The area is amazing with plenty to do. The little house is very cute and every little detail has been thought of with so much love and care. We would love to stay here again in the future ❤️

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicoletta’s Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, bakeries and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even providing local tips, restaurants , and things to do. Every little detail was clearly considered to ensure a great experience. I especially appreciated the balcony view. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Everything here is amazing!!! The stone house and its interior design are of the highest design. Here you will find everything you need for a great vacation and more. The views we see from the terrace of the house, the mountains, the sea, are simply breathtaking. The most beautiful sunrise every morning is guaranteed. The host Ilias is super, worthy of 10 stars. Very hospitable, kind, helpful, will answer all your questions. He left us various foods, fruits, wine. The best host we have met in all our travels. If we ever come to the Peloponnese again, we will definitely stay at Ilia's place. Thank you very much Ilias for everything

Too short a stay of a week at the end of May, the house is so comfortable that it was difficult to get out of it to visit the wonderful surrounding archaeological sites. Thank you Sophia for your responsiveness, the multiple attentions, your welcome basket… The house is very well equipped, everything is thought out so that we feel at home and the decoration is neat. The small village 5 minutes away where the shops are open with very long hours. In summary, an address to remember.

We spent almost three weeks in the accommodation with our year old daughter. It was incredibly beautiful to be surrounded only by olive trees, to be able to cool off at any time in the pool and at the same time enjoy the view of the sea with fantastic sunsets. The beach was still within walking distance, as was a few restaurants. But it also didn't bother us to drive a few minutes for restaurants. Leonidas had really great recommendations and real insider tips for this. He also took care of all the questions and little things at the speed of light. We highly recommend the accommodation and leave with many positive experiences.

We spent 2 incredible days in Nafplio. The environment is beautiful with the castle, the seaside and the old town. Note the presence of many restaurants. Myrto is a very friendly, responsive host with very good advice. The apartment was perfect, very nice and consistent with the description. I can only recommend this place.

We booked this apartment primarily for its large terrace and views. It absolutely lived up to our expectations! The inside is very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The host Patricia is a very fine host. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes in the mornings for a swim and in the afternoons, we relaxed on the terrace. A great stay!

we enjoyed the very friendly welcome and service as well as the amazing place directly at the seafront with a big Terrasse. Also the kitchen equipment was really good!

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely brilliant. Marika was lovely and helpful for us throughout- altered the check in time due to our early arrival from the ferry. She left us bathing towels and Mats for us to use at the beach- we didn’t expect, but came in very handy. The flat was stunning- beautiful views from the window and front patio, literally a stone throw to the beach- incredible. The place was peaceful and In walking distance to the more lively areas around Skala. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

The location is absolutely amazing and the scenic view from the houses is magical! Our house was so clean, everything smells lovely! There were lots of small touches to make it more beautiful made by the host, communication was fantastic, hosts very responsive and helpful! Overall exceptional experience, would highly recommend!!

I am glad we chose Kostas place! Kostas was very responsive, answered all my questions before and during my stay. I didn't have to wait long for a reply! His checking in was smooth and informative! The balcony is amazing, so relaxling with amazing views! as a family of 3 it was the perfect Hub for us to go off an explore and come back and relax on the roof terrace untill bedtime! Place was clean and fresh if you thinking about booking do it!!

The apartment is very nice, pleasant, clean and very well equipped. The only drawback is that you have to find a place in the street to park. Very well received, we recommend this apartment.

Nancy was there waiting to show us into the apartment. She was kind and gave us the information we needed and was very communicative via Airbnb site. The apartment is very spacious with a separate bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept. The AC in the living room and bedroom worked great. We bought groceries and were able to cook breakfast in the kitchen every day. We had all the necessities we needed and lacked nothing. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, which was great for sleeping at night. We actually did not see any people coming and going so it felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. I felt very safe as well. It was within walking distance to food and old town. We had a car rental and there was a free spot to park right next to the building for us. I cannot find a negative thing to say about this apartment. I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. Nikos place is in a great location for exploring the Peloponnese. His property is exactly like the listing beautifully presented with all the amenities you could wish for. Nicos is a great host nothing is too much trouble he is polite helpful and always answers quickly. We will return in the future.
