This a small but lovely stone beach house. There is a large patio outside the door, which opens out onto the amazing view beyond the patio. There is a beautiful little pool just off the patio. But for us, the highlight was the beach. Just below the wall of the patio, literally steps away, is a lovely, quiet stretch of pebbled beach. We swam as the sun came up. It was beautiful. The house is on the property with another house, but, although friendly and helpful, the owners did not intrude or bother us in any way. We really enjoyed our time here. We hope we can come back again one day!

We only stayed one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a magical place in a peaceful village. Kaiti provides an incredible local guide - we were able to do a few of her recommended things during our quick stay.

Are you looking for a place to completely unwind? Then look no further: this is heavenly paradise on earth! With your own private beach in front of the cottage (and left and right larger pieces of beach with shade spot), a large bay with crystal clear water, hardly any other people nearby, in the cottage everything you need such as good air conditioning in the bedroom and so on. Elias (or is it Nikos?) is a very sweet host. Upon arrival, we received a large bag of tomatoes, cucumber, oranges, fresh olive oil, etc. We have eaten at Nikos' restaurant several times because it was so incredibly delicious. Lots of choice, and everything fresh. Unlike many other restaurants, there is also a lot of choice for vegetarians. Don't hesitate, really go for it! Elias, thank you so much for your hospitality! A truly magical escape for our honeymoon trip! We got married just an hour away in the village of Mirtia and decided to spend 4 days here. The views are absolutely stunning! You walk out of the house and the sea is right in front of you! You can leave the windows open at night to hear the soothing sounds of the ocean. 🌊 We took the paddle boat 🛶 out on the water and it was perfect weather for it. The owners were so thoughtful, sweet and accommodating! They made our experience one that we will remember forever. Theodoros and his wife were kind enough to drop us off and pick us up from the town of Aeropoli. He showed us around the mountains of Mani and was nice enough to also get us meat from the market which we cooked that night in our fully equipped kitchen! He made sure that nothing was missed which made us feel like we were being taken care of like family. We will return again very soon! 😊

It was one of the most beautiful houses we have stayed in. The view was perfect and the house was very clean and had everything. It is located 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the area. The owner's mother welcomed us and she was very sweet and helpful. If we come to Kalamata again, we will definitely stay here!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicoletta’s Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, bakeries and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even providing local tips, restaurants , and things to do. Every little detail was clearly considered to ensure a great experience. I especially appreciated the balcony view. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 2 weeks of magical waterfront vacation. The house is very functional and the sea view terrace is fantastic. The hosts are very available and have offered us daily activities or restaurants on several occasions. I highly recommend this property for holidays in Leonidio!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. We really enjoyed the beach which was only steps away from the apartment. The beach and outdoor space was great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

The space is beautiful with an attractive view. You can walk along the boulevard to the village. On Saturday night and night you can hear some music from a club nearby. You won't be bothered by that.

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely brilliant. Marika was lovely and helpful for us throughout- altered the check in time due to our early arrival from the ferry. She left us bathing towels and Mats for us to use at the beach- we didn’t expect, but came in very handy. The flat was stunning- beautiful views from the window and front patio, literally a stone throw to the beach- incredible. The place was peaceful and In walking distance to the more lively areas around Skala. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

This appartment was a highligh of our trip, everything was perfect: great view, clean, well equipped and peaceful. Dionisis was very responsive and helpful. The location is great to explore Kalamata area with a car. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. Yes, the stairs are lot - but the space, location, and view were all worth it. The street is pretty bustling and you can hear some music but it’s a really fun and safe atmosphere too and we loved being able to both cook at the flat, and also explore the different bars and restaurants. The beach right across the street was excellent and we loved relaxing there.

The views from this place alone justify the booking. In one direction is Palamidi and the other is a mountain sunset. Stunning views from a humongous balcony. The home had everything necessary, including convenient cooking wares. Everything in town is easily within walking distance. We loved the place and would definitely book again.

The apartment is very nice, pleasant, clean and very well equipped. The only drawback is that you have to find a place in the street to park. Very well received, we recommend this apartment.

Nancy was there waiting to show us into the apartment. She was kind and gave us the information we needed and was very communicative via Airbnb site. The apartment is very spacious with a separate bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept. The AC in the living room and bedroom worked great. We bought groceries and were able to cook breakfast in the kitchen every day. We had all the necessities we needed and lacked nothing. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, which was great for sleeping at night. We actually did not see any people coming and going so it felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. I felt very safe as well. It was within walking distance to food and old town. We had a car rental and there was a free spot to park right next to the building for us. I cannot find a negative thing to say about this apartment. I highly recommend it.

The Loft is ..wow! Expectations were high but we were not disappointed. The large outside spaces are a real bonus and the views are amazing from both inside and outside. A great deal of care and attention has gone into creating this space... it is luxurious, comfortable and practical. Bed and pillows are very good. Parking is very convenient ... as is the shop over road. Charming and pretty, Napflio old town is a 15 minute stroll away and there are fantastic places to swim and beaches and other attractions nearby to explore. It is an easy 2 hour drive from Athens.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it!
