The Garden House

A beautiful, recently renovated two storey house attached to the host's home. It is secluded, south facing and sunny, with glorious views across water meadows to the river which cuts its way beneath steep woodland and past the best fine dining pub in Herefordshire, The Riverside. The house has its own terraced garden and below, an orchard - great for dogs. We are on the marvellous Mortimer Trail which is a 30 mile walk between the towns of Ludlow and Kington. 45 mins from Hay Festival!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on a working Organic Farm, far away from the road you'll be up in the trees where the only sound is Birdsong. In beautiful rolling countryside with walks straight from the door but also just 10 miles from lovely Ludlow,45 mins to Hay and 15 mins to country pubs and award-winning restaurants.

Pembridge must be one of the prettiest villages in the country. A great location for walkers and sightseers with Kington, Leominster, Ludlow the Welsh border and Offa's Dyke all within easy reach. Walcote Lodge is a spacious, quiet (fully double glazed), cosy and well-equipped detached house. A new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms were completed in 2025. Centrally located with the 14th Century "New" Inn across the road and the Red Lion next to it, you'll be well served with local hostelries.

A stone's throw from 15th century market square and New Inn pub, this newly renovated dog-friendly barn is at the heart of the black & white trail of historic English villages. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the garage is all yours - for bikes or maybe your classic car. I also take pride in being LGBTQ+ friendly. Walk, bike, enjoy the local pubs, or just relax!

Orchard Barn

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.

Climb the stairs to the super kingsized bed and beautiful high quality bathroom, complete with walk-in shower, teardrop free-standing bath and plasma TV.

Escape to "The Smithy", a beautifully converted 17th century Blacksmiths Barn in rural surroundings. Relax in the vaulted ceiling living room with log burner, leather sofa, pine table and chairs, super fast broadband and Sony TV. Sleep in the cosy 5ft brass bed, soak in the deep bath or rain shower in the bathroom. Cook up a storm in the modern fitted kitchen. Enjoy stargazing in the secluded garden with fire pit. Heaven. Cosmos. Spirit. Sky is one of our two biggest ones and is also accessible to most folks. Something treehouses are not normally known for. And as with all of our Pods, she is perfect for a couple. You can fit two more in though... As there is a hidden single bed and a pukka day bed in there too.
