This 3 bedroom 1 bath beautiful Barndo is the get away you need. Got a big family event or wedding to prep food for? Use the large open kitchen with 3 ovens to prep the food. My home is located in the heart of Spokanes South Hill and a half block from beautiful Manito Park. The house is located right on the busline to downtown shopping and events and five minutes from Sacred Heart Medical Center. We are also within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and shopping. After raising our daughters we found ourselves living primarily in the apartment we added when we finished our basement. We have been AirB&B guests on several trips and decided to become hosts.

John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Rural Bungalow with Mountain Views

Also known as Dominion Mountain Retreat, this 565 sq. foot bungalow can sleep up to 5, but is spacious and lovely for a couple. Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!
