Coffee and strong WiFi included. Located near grocery stores and numerous restaurants. Your pet may be allowed, so please ask.

This 3 bedroom 1 bath beautiful Barndo is the get away you need. Got a big family event or wedding to prep food for? Use the large open kitchen with 3 ovens to prep the food. Or host the family gathering around the large table then finish the night off with a foosball tournament. Close to Loon, Deer, Eloika, Horseshoe, Sacheen, Pend Orielle, and Priest Lakes. Close to Mt. Riverfront Cabin Retreat with Hot-Tub!

Welcome to our Cozy Cabin Retreat just 19 minutes north of Sandpoint. 4 acres of mature cedar trees and the crystal clear pack river. Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Rural Bungalow with Mountain Views

Also known as Dominion Mountain Retreat, this 565 sq. foot bungalow can sleep up to 5, but is spacious and lovely for a couple. Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!

The Casita is a cozy tiny home. Located just outside Salmo on a 54 acre property with private trails. Easy drive to Nelson, Whitewater, Castlegar, Fruitvale, Trail and Kootenay Pass. Perfect for a single person or couple as a base for your next Kootenay adventure. Features one bedroom with Queen size bed, kitchen with 2 burner induction stovetop, toaster oven and bar fridge. *Bathroom located a short distance from Casita (outdoor entrance attached to our home).

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.
