Everything was perfect.

I am completely satisfied. Except for the garden, we were not even allowed to smoke in the garden. And the stairs are so high. I am sick myself. I had to constantly run up and down. And they still made stress. That we leave the apartment.

Thanks Can for hosting us, it was nice and cozy, and feel supper safe. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

A very clean and tidy apartment, with two bedrooms, good kitchen, clean bathroom and spacious living room. We enjoyed it very much there. The host responded quickly to messages.

Safe area and very easy to get around. Found the host very helpful when I had questions. The area was nice as everything was walking distance such as the metro and grocery stores. The rooms were clean and the apartment felt nice to walk around in. The elevator was very helpful to get stuff to and from the rooms if you were to rent more than 1 room. Overall had a very good experience and would recommend to someone who is looking for a place to stay for a short visit to Turkey.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is very cozy, clean, and located in a quiet street within private blocks, which made it feel very safe and comfortable. Everything was well-organized and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and available 24/7 for any help or questions, which made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciated their support and hospitality.

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. The breathtaking view of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, the access to the metro and the shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. Such a wonderful place! It was our second time staying here and it's our favorite on the islands. So clean and also close to the water and all the shops without having to go up too much of a hill. 😊

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

The room was absolutely perfect, a lot bigger than the pictures show. The home is extremely clean and well organized. Mehmet is very nice and he responded to my request very quickly. I really enjoyed my stay here and sure I will return. I highly recommend.

This is a great apartment in a great location. Clean and spacious apartment. The complex has pleasant and helpful staff. When I injured my leg, the cleaning lady who cleaned the given number herself called the reception and asked to bring ice. I will recommend this apartment to my friends and family.

Staying with Etel has been by far my best Airbnb experience to date. Her apartment offers a calm environment to recover from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. She and her brother were more than welcoming to me and helped me many times throughout my stay there. I highly recommend taking a bus ride down to Emirgan Park or the Bosphorus, which are only 2 to 3 bus stops away from her apartment. The location of the apartment is also incredibly convenient for university students who have just arrived in Istanbul. In short: I can't recommend this place enough. Etel is a wonderful host and a joy to talk to. If you have some time to spare after a day of exploring the city, she will be excited to show you whichever puzzle she is currently working on.

Very clean and comfortable apartment! The host was also extremely friendly, with great communication. The location was perfect ( restaurants, shops). we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place! :)

A very suitable apartment for 1-2 people within walking distance of the metrobus and metro. There are mini shopping malls, supermarkets and various restaurants on the first floor. You can even say coffee to the apartment from the cafe below. It was nice to be allowed to use the parking lot. Host is quick to respond to questions. I recommend it to those who prefer to stay in a central location on the Anatolian side.
