Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pendik

Onur Place exceeded expectations., it was even better than the photos. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with stylish furniture and a cohesive design. The appliances were top of the line, and the TV had excellent picture quality. It was also convenient that it included Disney+, Netflix, and other streaming subscriptions. Onur himself was incredibly helpful; he took the time to meet me in person and offered excellent recommendations. The apartment is on the second floor, but the stairs are fewer than in most Istanbul buildings. The space is peaceful and tranquil, ideally located: close enough to lively Beşiktaş for easy access, yet far enough to enjoy quiet, relaxing evenings. It's easy to see why Onur has a five-star rating. I will definitely return.

Great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Walkable to restaurants, bars, supermarket, the mall, etc. Easy to access public transportation. A “home away from home” is a great description.

Apartment located in the heart of shopping area. Surprisingly, the area is quite private and quiet. Orhun assisted us on what transport to take from the airport and greet us at the apartment. Very responsive to all our queries. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with aircon and heater, microwave, oven, kettle and cooker hob, also washer and dryer. Bedroom is very spacious. Overall, it was pleasant and comfortable stay, lots of local restaurant and cafe around the apartment, 2 mins walk. Local shopping area is located just a street from the apartment. Plui's flat was a perfect home away from home. Ours was a 3 month stay. Plui helped us get connected to needed local services (delivery). She was a pleasure to deal with. The unit is a very complete and comfy home - with a gentle and nice energy to it. The unit is located on the edge of a very active area in Kadikoy - close, but not too close. Plenty of local shops for the basics - close to transport and the Asian side airport. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. Thanks, Plui.!

Baris is very friendly and helpful. His apartment was very tidy, central and easy to find. We had heavy suitcases but Baris kindly helped us carry them to the 5th floor. I strongly recommend his place.

Very nice home for stay in Istanbul, located in beautiful region Ortaköy not far from city center, but much calmer. Appartement is very spacious and have everything you need. Only notice is noise from bridge that can be heared with open windows. Overall worth its price.

The location is great, it is in a very central location. It is very close to transportation vehicles, within walking distance. It was clean and tidy. The air conditioning works very well. Wireless internet is very good, markets, restaurants, coffee shops, everything you're looking for is at your doorstep. Mr. Volkan is a very friendly and helpful person.

Nice apartment with an amazing view. You only need to bring your clothes and food to eat; everything else is available, including clothes washing. Plus, if you have a car with you, then this place fits you very well! Area of apartment is quite enough for us as family (2 adults 3 kids) . We had an a/c issue but Can (the host) was very helpful and provide electric fan as replacement till the a/c was fixed. Thanks Can for this nice place and friendly environment that you provide

Very comfortable and extremely clean house. Beautiful garden! Easy to access, and perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The chickens were definitely the highlight of our trip! Muge is a fantastic host. She was very nice and made us feel right at home. One of a kind. Truly a gem.

Had a wonderful stay, clean and spacious rooms, with each one nearly identical with their own bathrooms. Easy to get into and a wonderful location, close to coffee, restaurants, the ferry, and stores. Host was very responsive! lots of stairs, which matches the city on a hillside 😉

Nice house in Besiktas that provides good/quick access to many attractions in Istanbul while not being in too busy side. The house matches the description and the photo; it is nicely designed/decorated. The 3 AC units that are strategically installed helped a lot with our comfort during the stay. The house is in walking distance to center of Besiktas (~10 min) but getting the house requires some uphill walking (in case if you are not physically able but was considering walking).

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

Family trip enjoyed our stay, quiet place, great amenities and fresh linens stocked, and beautiful. Restaurants very close and amazing walkability to take photos by the sea.

The host prepared everything in advance that I don’t have worry about anything …. All the guidance was provided in advance about location. There are nice restaurants and beautiful sea site nearby. I highly recommend the place and looking forward to come again in the coming future. Beautiful house for big family stay.
