Ubicada en un barrio residencial y tranquilo, a 2 min de la playa Brava, a 10 min del puerto, a 10 min de La Barra y a 5 min del Punta Shopping. La propiedad cuenta con cámaras de seguridad exteriores. No hay cámaras dentro de la casa.
