Monthly Rentals in Penn Valley

I really enjoyed my stay at Matt's. I stayed for six weeks while exploring the area, and I wish I had made my stay longer. The room is much bigger than it looks in the picture, and the kitchen and bathroom are behind the bed and have everything you'll need. There's also a large closet to store items such as luggage and hang up clothes. Matt is very responsive and will get back to you about any questions or issues asap. I even forgot some items in the dryer and closet, and Matt coordinated with me to pick those up very quickly.

The stay at Chestnut Hill was fantastic! First and foremost, the accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos—modern, clean, and fully equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a full stove, microwave, fridge, and dishes, making it easy to prepare all my meals. The apartment itself was spotless and easily accessible. One major highlight was its prime location. Being just a 1-minute walk from the train station that connects directly to the city center was incredibly convenient. I must also commend the exceptional service. On one occasion, I had an issue accessing the apartment, and within two minutes, a member of Sanjiv’s team was on-site to resolve it. Their promptness and professionalism were truly impressive. The neighborhood added to the charm of the stay. Chestnut Hill is a beautiful, family-friendly area with a quiet and safe atmosphere. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. If I ever return to Philadelphia, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I loved my recent stay at the artist’s studio. I was in the area for an extended stay for work, and felt right at home in this cozy and creative space. The neighborhood is lovely, safe & peaceful, with a really great coffee shop and grocery market nearby. Thank you Laurie and Jim for your awesome hospitality!

Host was gracious and responsive. Place was modern, clean, very well maintained. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. We stayed with family of all ages, and it was perfect. Children loved the place, and it provided adequate privacy for grandparents. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and enjoy socializing in the common space. Conveniently located near Haverford College, grocery store, and in nice neighborhood. Grateful for our stay and if we're in the area we'll likely try to stay here again!
