The view of the lake is accompanied by the sound of the animals that inhabit it and the surrounding nature. The place is an oasis of peace: it is suitable for those who love nature and want tranquility. There are several species of birds and it is the ideal place for those who love to photograph. The accommodation does not have a kitchen, but there is a small refrigerator.

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Apartment Casa Cerqua of 100 sq. meters finely furnished, we recovered all the old materials of the house in the recent renovation adapting the old farmhouse to the latest earthquake regulations. The decor is a good mix of modern and old, elegant but functional. Outside there is a large private area available to guests, with a shaded dining area and private barbecue. A 12x4.5 swimming pool with a shaded porch is available to guests.
