Holiday rentals with lake access in Pensacola Bay

We loved our stay at Sarah’s place! The home was stocked with everything we needed. The best part of our stay was drinking coffee in the mornings and watching the sun set in the evenings on the private dock! The views were top notch! The backyard was perfect for our fur babies! The place is very private, but still close enough to Navarre to get delivery services from local stores and restaurants. You can tell that Sarah cares about providing the best experience possible for her guests! Highly recommend her beautiful home if you’re staying in Navarre!

This property was described perfect. It has a being at home feeling and well stocked. I would highly recommend this property and I would stay there again.

This place is not only in a great neighborhood that feels welcome and secure, but it being 8 min from some of the most laid back and beautiful beaches in the area is so undersold. I went to the beach at sunrise and sunset daily while working remote for 3 weeks. I barely went to the more popular ones in the area because this local one is so great, and if you like scuba diving the best dive shop, dive pros, and boat charters are only 10 min away. Also has very quick and easy access to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Alabama, which in my opinion is the best parts of the local area.

Our family had a blast, the place is private, just as described and close enough to the beach and other amenities. we enjoyed the waterfront, kayaking and making s'mores in the fire pit at the back porch. Well worth it.

Thank you for a perfect stay! We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened in patio! The location was perfect to both Pensacola, Perdido and Orange beach! The beds were comfortable and cozy! The kitchen was large and had all we needed! We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Awesome place if you are visiting your loved one at Navy Base. Especially if they have curfew only 15 minutes to base. Was able to spend more time with my daughter and her friends. Also Tim was very responsive. The keurig coffee maker didn’t work and he immediately had one delivered 2 hours later. We also sat on back porch and watched the blue angels practice. Very beautiful view of canal and very quiet. Awesome place!

Yuriy was a great host and quickly responds. Home is located in a peacefull, quiet location on the water/bayou. Home equipped well with all the towels, bedding, dishes, etc. Even chairs, boogy boards, and sand castle building buckets for the beach. Back patio is such a nice place to relax and enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay here and will return again if we find ourselves in the area. Thanks for having us!

We had the best time for Memorial Day Weekend! The place was clean and much more roomy than the pictures made it seem! We will definitely be coming back!

Studio apartment is in a convenient location to downtown Pensacola and beach. Located in a nice neighborhood. Hosts were very friendly and helpful during our month-long stay. Highly recommend.

We came down for the PG World Series and Josh’s place was perfect. Great location - you get gulf and bay - and we were only a short drive to the sports complex. Josh’s place was well equipped with all we needed to cook from the unit and the king bed was very comfortable. The pool was a good size and not too crowded, and my daughter loved catching crabs near the pier. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice place to stay. Quaint pier on one side and a beach on the other (the beach is about 10 minutes away across the street). The place is equipped with sand toys, an umbrella, beach chairs. Kitchen is equipped with all kinds of kitchenware, which was great because in some places you only get 4 forks and 4 plates. Dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, etc. The only thing we didn’t like was the squeaky bed and the noisy neighbors upstairs.

This is a great place to stay. Everything was as described. Perfect distance to the beach. The pool was so nice and the sunsets over the bay was priceless. Looking forward to staying again.

Absolutely adorable place to stay in gulf shores! Extremely clean, tidy and cozy. Close to the beach to go enjoy your days by the water and in a safe gated community. Would love to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend staying here.

My family and I loved the place. All the essentials are within walking distance. Several places the eat, dollar store and ice cream parlor. While being this close to everything, the place is still so quiet and peaceful. The home was comfy and beautiful and we have literally zero complaints.

Host was overly responsive! We had an issue very late at night we needed help with and she responded quickly considering the time. The home was clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortably for an entire week. Very spacious and plenty of room. The pool and beach were easily accessible and the closet downstairs had all the beach gear we needed. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again without question.

This was a dream location and trip. Being so close to the beach. Yet on a quiet end was perfect for a family. The pool and dock created so many memories for our family.

We enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s. It’s In a quiet neighborhood and easy to venture out to anywhere we wanted to explore. Loved the remotes for fans and lights in each room. We also spent a lot of time just hanging out in the piano room which was a key part of getting together. The place also had chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach and most anything you might need. It has been well thought out. We were very happy we chose this place amongst all the different options. Thanks Christopher for a great stay!

We had two families traveling and the house was the perfect place. We had plenty of space and bathrooms and everything was very clean. We loved sitting on the porch and seeing the ocean. Having chairs, beach towels and beach accessories we could use was great. There were two public beach access points a very short distance to the house. The lagoon behind the property was nice to switch things up with the beach and the pool was right across from the house and never too crowded. One night a neighboring house had very loud music on till after 11:30 at night but never had an issue after the one time. Meredith was always very responsive and let us check in a little early due to an early flight. We loved the area being more on the quiet side of town but driveable to everything. There could have been more of a stock of toilet paper and trash bags and no Kleenex in the house but we made a quick grocery run. We would definitely stay in this house again as we all had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at Meredith’s cottage! The bed was super comfortable and we slept SO good. We enjoyed that it was very quiet and the pool was never crowded. The pool area did not have any areas for shade during the day so that’s something to keep in mind if your kids love playing at the pool, mine did & I would definitely bring an umbrella next time because sitting in the beating sun isn’t for the faint lol That’s not Meredith’s fault of course, she was great and very attentive to our needs. We also loved that there weren’t any fragrant wall plugins since I’m extremely sensitive to artificial fragrance. It was a peaceful stay indeed

We loved our stay for an all-woman trip to go wedding dress shopping in nearby town and decided to make it a nice weekend get-a-way! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area and we agree the area itself is worth going to for a relaxing get-a-way. The house was absolutely perfect, stunning and perfect for our retreat! Each person LOVED the decor and slept peacefully on the beds - one lady felt she was 'sleeping on a cloud'. Magnolia Springs area was safe to walk around and riding the golf cart and looking at the beautiful architecture was especially nice! 5 Star Stay!

We’re repeat visitors and our stay this time was just as lovely as the last. The Nest offers a cozy place to hang out, bed down, and base from. We love spending time kayaking the sound and watching for wildlife. Beaches, seafood, and all the Ft.Walton/Destin vacation fun is close by, but the Nest is homey and easily fit our family of four. Very grateful for laundry to wash bathing suits in between beach days!

Clean and Spotless upon arrival. Private with fencing all around property. Beautiful scenery and less than a mile from Navy Point. Will recommend!!
