Beach apartment holiday rentals in Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach

Everything at Brian’s was phenomenal and just as it was advertised. My favorites: 1. The price for being on the island and a short walk! 2. He had 5 beach chairs, a rolling cart, and two umbrellas. That alone was probably $250+ I didn’t have to spend or lug from home for our 4 day beach trip! 3. He anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them! His book told us where the extra linens were for the pull out. And for our neighbors that get up and moving early in the morning, he included fans to help muffle their sounds. Things to note before going: 1. No elevator and you’ll have to make your way to the second floor. 2. The balcony is a step lower than the living room floor. I would definitely book again! Thanks, Brian! We had wonderful memories we’ll keep forever!

Our stay at Stan’s place was absolutely amazing! We had the most beautiful view of Miramar Beach and the condo was so clean, well decorated, and well stocked. We had a short walk (just crossing the street) to get to the beach which was SO nice with a toddler. Stan had beach supplies available for guest to use which was very appreciated! We also rented a crib through him as well for our 1.5 year old to sleep in and were grateful to not have to pack something like a pack and play in our already full car haha. Stan was quick with replies and was very helpful with any recommendations I requested. Honestly it was the perfect stay and I would recommend it to anyone! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Miramar Beach.

Jan's place was the perfect getaway from home. My husband, younger brother, and I had a wonderful time there. On a few days, the red and purple flags kept us from going into the ocean, but that didn’t matter—we had the swimming pool at Jan's place all to ourselves! Wherever we go, I love cooking all our meals, and I was happy to find all the kitchen utensils and cookware I needed. We truly thank Jan for letting us stay at his place.

This condo is a very nice place to stay and would stay again ! Everything was in very good shape and clean ! Very convenient to the beach and the pier !

Rhonda and Doug are great hosts. The condo was furnished with nice appliances and furnishings, including the wonderful washer and dryer, Henckels knife set, coffee maker and nice blender. Beds were very comfortable. Furnishings were tasteful and practical, we felt right at home, very comfortable. The patio was wonderful as we were able to enjoy the ocean view and the glass railing allowed our toddler to have the same unimpeded view without worrying about his safety. Rhonda and Doug were very responsive to our questions and were wonderful hosts. The cleaning crew did an excellent job and the place a was very clean and well stocked upon our arrival. We enjoyed our time while on Navarre and it was a very family friendly beach. The beach chairs (2) and umbrella provided were nice and for a modest fee we were able to get additional chairs as needed. Overall a great stay and would return again.

We have been vacationing in Navarre the past 5 years and this was by far the best accommodations we have stayed at! The space was amazing and the view from the patio was everything we could have hoped for. Grant was a great host! We will definitely be planning on staying here from here on out!

Great place to stay for our beach trip! We will definitely be back! Everything we needed, they had plus a nice gift basket was a nice gesture. This is one of the nicer 3 bedroom, 3 bath places in the building.

Perfect and Peaceful! We loved this condo. The location by the pier is great. Close to a few restaurants and right on the beach. Having a lovely balcony to look out into the gulf was amazing. The furniture was super comfy, especially the oversized couches! The beds and linens were all comfy and clean. Plenty of towels were provided, and the kitchen was well stocked as well. The pool was convenient and the beach location could not be beat! The house felt really cozy and we felt right at home and restful. I’d definitely stay again!

Such a great place! This was our 2nd time to stay at Kyle & Victoriia’s place. It’s super clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the beach. Kyle & Vicktoriia always respond promptly and even saved the day by immediately brining us another Keurig when the one there wouldn’t work. That meant a lot to this coffee drinking family! We also love the backyard space for our dog- makes it so much easier! It’s also within walking distance to Stewby’s and Fubar Pizza- two of our favorite places to eat. I know we’ll be staying here again!

Place was great and very easy to communicate with

Perfect location, steps away from the beach. However, only 2 parking spaces are allowed (so you will need to fit your groups of 12 people in 2 cars). Bunk beds offer sleeping arrangement for 6 people, but have to deal with the squeaking noise from the bed frames. Other than that, good value for the money!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. This is a very beautiful and calm place to stay at while on vacation and the location is amazing. Loved that it is a 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the outlet mall and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Great taste in decor. Balcony was bigger than most condos and still felt private. Third floor made it feel like a home rather than condo and had a comfortable layout- did not feel at all like a narrow condo you’d normally expect. Had everything you could need to include perfect beach chairs and every appliance and great cookware.

This was a perfect weekend getaway spot! A beautiful property that was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing and convenient place at the beach!

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

We had an amazing time here. Was perfect for my kids & family. The apartment was clean, updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The building was also great. It had a very clean pool, lots of communal beach toys for my kids. Edward was a great host.

My family had the BEST stay on vacay at this condo. The amenities are fantastic and the condo itself is beautiful. The beds were sooooo comfortable! I have a bad back and it was wonderful and we slept so well! The condo is awesome location able to see the ocean out front, to the side and can also see the pool too from the balcony. The elevator is literally right outside the door which is so convenient. The room had chairs and some sand toys too. Loved that we could also utilize the two nice chairs and umbrella on the beach (just stand in line in the morning to give them your name and room number and they have them set up for you). Amazing restaurants just a short walk on the beach to the Crab Trap. SnowCones right on the beach as well in the second striped hut. The pool is open until 11 and is the perfect temperature. Loved walking over the street to go to the lazy river and other amenities too. W LOVE it here, it’s our second time! Bill was an amazing host and responded super fast!

We have stayed at the Emerald Isle several times before. We love the location and how close it is to the beach and how every unit is gulf facing! This unit was very nice. We especially loved the huge, comfy couch. The host, Jeff was helpful and allowed us to check in early. I have no complaints about this condo or the host. Very happy with our choice and would happily stay here again!

Perfect beach getaway! The home is beautifully kept, beach-facing, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved enjoying it with our baby — peaceful, comfortable, and just the right vibe for a family vacation. Highly recommend and would definitely return!
