Beach house holiday rentals in Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach

We had a blast. Although the pool wasn't ready because of delayed construction we were in the gulf or riding around town or even just sitting on the balcony. Clean- TWO air units!!!—beds were big even the pull out couch! Fit 3 of us. I'm so happy they let us add my best friend and her daughter(which is my daughters bff too). Everything you need was there. Even made us some virgin and regular pina coladas and some milkshakes on the last night. Not sure when our next trip will be for a beach stay 2026 we are taking a Disney Cruise but I will definitely be recommending.

This house is beautiful and the location could not be better. We had little kids and it was easy to walk out the door, down the stairs and to the beach. The house was laid out perfectly with 2 bedrooms on 1 side and 2 on the other and to have 5 bathrooms was more than enough! We loved everything about it and will rent it next time.

Naomi’s place was the perfect home base for our trip to Pensacola! After long days of sightseeing and beach time, coming back to such a relaxing and comfortable home made all the difference. The beds were incredibly cozy—we all slept great every night. The home is well-maintained, peaceful, and had everything we needed. If you’re visiting the area and looking for a place with three bedrooms to accommodate your group comfortably, this is a must-stay! Highly recommend and would absolutely book again.

We had an awesome time at Afua's place! I would certainly recommend this place especially if you have two or three couples who are planning to split the trip up or a bigger family. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own privacy but also to hang out together. Plenty of family games, TV, beach toys/cooler, etc. The only thing we had trouble with was the code on the front door wouldn't work for a few days, but we got in the side door very easily. Afua was very responsive in helping us get through that issue. You can also literally walk to the beach in like a few minutes! that was very cool. Enjoyed our stay here and would go back!

We had an amazing stay at this Navarre gem! From the moment we booked, host Wendy was an absolute pleasure—friendly, responsive, and incredibly flexible with our arrival and departure. She made everything seamless. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained. The private access to the water was a huge highlight—we even caught a couple of nice trout right from the shore! The pool area was clean and inviting, and the "pup pad" was such a thoughtful addition. Our golden retriever loved having a secure space to relax—it really made the trip feel like home for all of us. The location was ideal—close to everything in Navarre, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet and privacy. We’re already talking about booking again. Highly recommend this stay for families, pet owners, or anyone looking for a peaceful waterfront getaway with all the right touches!

Our large family gets together every year at the beach. Everyone agreed this was our best trip yet - and we’ve had great ones in the past. The house had more than enough room for all of us, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool and 2 beaches gave us lots of fun options. The kids rode bikes, relaxed n the hammocks, used the kayak and paddle board, and enjoyed the pool. It was wonderful to have an outdoor shower to keep tracking sand to a minimum. If 10 stars had been an option, we would rate it as 11!

The perfect beach house! We made it in town for my brother’s wedding and it was absolutely better than other stays or the PB Resort where most of the wedding guests and party stayed. Parking was great, we got our Wagoneer easily and could’ve fit several more vehicles. The proximity to the beach was perfect! The kids enjoyed the pool and were very comfortable with the temperature of the water. Oh, the decor and linens, mattresses were beautifully selected. We appreciated the detailed instructions and labels for everything. The multiple balconies allowed for incredible views of the ocean. You could hear the waves from any balcony. Incredible and kind host!!! Any time I could reach out and it wasn’t an issue. Oh, and the amenities were the MOST we have ever had access to! To top of off, the welcome snacks and card were a beautiful touch. We will most certainly stay again! Thank you so much for the perfect stay!

Joey was an outstanding host from start to finish. His hospitality and attention to detail truly set this stay apart. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made me feel right at ease. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. One of the biggest highlights was the pool—it was absolutely amazing. Clean, private, and perfect for lounging or taking a dip to unwind. Joey really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful, and he made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this experience ranks at the top. Five stars all the way—I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for

I highly recommend Anna house. She is such an amazing host and her home is perfect! Everything was very clean, comfortable & felt like home. We loved how spacious and big it was inside, we loved having the 4 restrooms. Everything was perfect! Anna was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and very well stocked with everything. So many extra little touches and so clean. Loved the pool and how close it is to the beach! Brigitte was a wonderful host!

This was our first trip in Navarre and the house was the perfect spot for us. We loved the convenience of it being close to the beach, stores, restaurants. We loved the privacy of the fenced in back yard and the pool in the back yard. Brooke and Hilary were very helpful with their quick responses anytime we had a question or reached out to them. We will definitely be coming back for future vacations!

We loved our stay at the Traveling Mermaid. The house and property were amazing. The outside living space, pool and view were better than described. The house is beautifully decorated with and very comfortable. Paintings through the house gives its a fun, eclectic feel. My son enjoyed paddle boarding and our dogs loved exploring the backyard. Shelley and Dahl were very responsive when we had any questions. We have been visiting the area for 15 years and this is one of our favorite rentals.

This home is beautiful and spacious with all the amenities. It is convenient to Navarre Beach and for us, to family. David was very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our visit and look forward to our next trip.

Allison is an amazing host! So kind, helpful, generous, and quick to respond if you need anything! Honestly she’s probably the best host we’ve ever had! The cottage is absolutely wonderful - It’s so beautiful and cozy! We even heard people biking by saying, “Wow that place is perfect! It’s got a pool, a porch, a deck, and an outdoor shower!” and we couldn’t agree more! Allison has truly thought of everything you would need and we were able to naturally make it home for the week. Having the bikes and the beach chairs available was a big plus as well. It’s in the perfect spot too! There’s the beach, a hiking/biking trail at the end of the road, and the town of Seaside all within a short walk/bike. Can’t recommended staying here enough! If we ever get the chance to come back we’ll definitely be staying in one of Allison’s rentals!

This was our first time doing an Airbnb and our first time staying at Navarre……. Couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to call home for the week. Close enough to the fun, far enough away to be peaceful. Home was spotless and very modern. Check in was super simple and the host answered all of our first timer questions quickly and to the point!!! Hope they have us back! ♥️

We loved staying here! Super close to the beach and easy to navigate! The hole is cool, quiet, and great for any type of family. Our host was responsive and nice, but the house had everything you could think of. I 100% recommend!

We enjoyed Wendy’s place a lot. It was a homely experience for us. Wendy was always responsive and helpful. Our actual checkout time was 9am and we requested for 2 hours extra time. Wendy happily agreed to let us stay another 2 hours. Overall this is great place to stay and we would love to stay again in future

Beaches and Dreams was absolutely perfect! Super clean, cozy, and in such a great location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was so friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything stress-free. I’d happily stay here again!
