Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Peoria

We were satisfied with the home it was beautiful, and we enjoyed it very much. The ongoing construction was noisy and a bit problematic getting in and out of the property. if I had known about the Constuction, I would have asked for a discounted price. Jennifer was great regarding the issues i asked about during our stay and she was very responsive. The stay was great less the Constuction which was noisy and very dusty. This was not just a small construction project; they were tearing up the street and installing a large pipe for several blocks including directly in front of the property. We could not enter from the north on 63rd we had to go several blocks north and turn around making it an inconvenience. other than that, it was a great property very spacious, clean and beautiful and Jennifer was a great Host. Thank you

Aaron was responsive and kind. We felt at home! The house is stunning, with many high-end qualities and thoughtful touches in the interior design. There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for guests, and the backyard was very clean and quiet. Grocery shops and restaurants were conveniently located nearby. It is a lovely, quiet, and very clean neighborhood.

This home is large and spacious, well cared for, and stocked with all you can think of, clean, beautiful. Has everything you need from a pool with a waterfall to board games to Qtips, to ice chests and a PC. Quiet area, scenic, safe. Gorgeous outside lighted seating area. The perfect get away for the family or work. Emma was a great host. She answered questions I had after arriving quickly. Check in and out was very easy. I'd definetly return.

This place was perfect for my family, the house was as described. Very beautiful area, lots of shopping places near by. It was the perfect location for the area we needed to be! Host Syed was very responsive and gave clear instructions and helpful when needed! Would definitely recommend to stay here!

House was perfect. Cathy was super friendly, she checked in to make sure we had everything and responded quickly. The house was just as it was listed , kid friendly, close to restaurants, grocery stores, pool was sparkling clean! I would recommend her house to anyone and next trip to AZ I will be booking this house again 😊

This place was great, the apartment was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! Bonus points because the pool was well kept by the complex's management (and that's coming from a pool operator; I was impressed).

This was definitely one of the best places i’ve stayed in Arizona before! Great place to stay for long trips and met all of our needs perfectly!! Will definitely book again!!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay at this property due to a car accident the night before our trip. I had to cancel last-minute and wasn’t able to get a refund because of the strict cancellation policy, so I highly recommend purchasing the refund insurance if you're booking here. That said, the price was very reasonable compared to other places we looked at nearby. While I can't speak to the property itself or the area, it’s located just 10 minutes from The Van Buren, which made it a top choice for our concert plans. I’d definitely consider booking again in the future. Long story short: the refund policy is firm, but that’s business.

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This is our second time staying in this AirBnB. We stayed for a week while attending a conference at the Wigwam. It is very walkable - 8 minutes to Wigwam reception. The restaurants are about the same distance (we recommend the Mexican one). The place was spaceous, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive - one day I locked us out of the place by mistake and got assistance within minutes. The kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning worked well. We really enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend this place.

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!

Our stay was everything that we could have wanted and more! We loved everything about the villa down to the Employees, We will definitely be back to rent with you again! thank you so much for making our stay so worth it !

Amazing spot the view was INSANE the pictures will never do it justice. Anthony was very helpful and quickly responsive. Will definitely be coming back soon!
