Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms except in the annex. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

Character cottage, quiet and natural, for 4 to 7 people.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Located on a 3000 m² private plot, this small haven of peace is surrounded by fruit trees offering magnificent views of the mountains and vineyards, lulled by the gentle clucking of chickens. 5 min walk to the village (bakery, pharmacy, grocery, bar/restaurant, park) and 5 min drive to a lake and the port of the Canal du Midi. Carcassonne and Narbonne are 30 minutes away, Minerva 15 minutes away.

The apartment is located at the back of our family home with a private access. The private terrace overlooks the surrounding vineyards.
