The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

The Remanso de Fuente Clara

Beautiful stone house on a 27,000 m2 estate, located in a wonderful enclave on the slope of Las Machotas, where you can enjoy tranquility among ash trees, oak groves and stones that make up a landscape characteristic of this area of the Madrid mountains from where you can see the Monastery of El Escorial as well as the four towers of Madrid on clear days. In the surrounding area, there are numerous hiking trails that connect the town of Zarzalejo with El Escorial, among others.

Our guest house is located in a large 1 Ha garden where you can isolate yourself from everything in the middle of nature in the Sierra Oeste. 45 minutes from Madrid, in a quiet village where you can take beautiful walks, bike routes, enjoy the surroundings or simply relax in our garden full of roses and fruit trees. The detached house will give you great privacy with all the amenities. We have two good, playful mastiffs that are loose in the garden

The cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway for two. This cabin is located on a fenced 3000-meter plot, full of vegetation and nature. It is independent and offers stunning views and total privacy. Just a 3-minute drive from the village, with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, and the possibility of walking 10/15 minutes. A 6-minute walk to the train station. One hour from Madrid. And 15 minutes from the Monastery of San Lorenzo del Escorial.
