Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Perast

We stayed for 4 nights and it really was amazing, peaceful with serene surroundings. 5-7minutes walk to local grocery story (City). Couldn’t figure out the frequency and availability of the public transportation so decided to rent a car from SITNGO (Local very reliable Tivat based rental company) for 4days. If you want to explore the whole coast it is recommended to have a car and drive yourself (only if you are confident enough). Jasna was very friendly and always available if you need any assistance. Apartment was clean and she also accommodated our request to check in early(luckily there was no guest staying before us). The view from the Patio is beautiful but if you are someone who is scared of any kind of insects then don’t sit outside after the sunset due to lush surroundings it attracts insects which is not a bad thing for a place like this. We definitely recommend this apartment for someone who wants to stay in Kotor. Thank you Jasna for making our stay comfortable.

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille dans le logement d aneta et zorica. La vue est magnifique et le logement vraiment très confortable ! Aneta et Zorica avaient décoré l appartement pour l anniversaire de notre fille, c'était vraiment une très belle attention !je recommande a 100%!il y a beaucoup de site a visiter a 20 minutes de l appartement, l emplacement est idéal !merci beaucoup.

İlk defa yurtdışına çıkan 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak; evin konumu gayet güzeldi. Özel park yeri olduğu için kafamız rahattı. Kotor old citye araba ile gittik. Girişte bir sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi hanımefendi sorduğumuz her soruya hızlıca cevap verdi. Genel olarak gayet memnun kaldık

Wir wurden persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns haben zur Begrüßung kühle Getränke und ein paar Snacks erwartet. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, wenn man etwas vom Land sehen möchte also auf alle Fälle einen Mietwagen buchen! Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft Erholung pur! Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Es war alles vorhanden und sauber. So eine Unterkunft wünscht man sich 😊

Magnifique villa isolée qui surplombe la baie de Kotor. Très moderne. Terrasse et baies vitrées incroyables. Vraiment un bel endroit et un super service de l'hote Grandes chambres avec leur salle de bain individuelle

**Review:** Book it! This place is a thousand times better than the photos! We stayed as a large family at Villa Infinity, and it was the most comfortable home out of the 50 bookings I've had on Airbnb. It truly feels like home! The kitchen is fully equipped with even the most unexpected items. There’s a wide variety of dishware, including plates for pasta, risotto, soups, and glasses for wine, cognac, whiskey, and champagne—everything you could possibly need. There’s a charcoal grill and a thoughtfully designed outdoor dining area. The villa has 4 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Every sunrise and sunset at the villa is unique, with a million-dollar view. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, ready to assist with any questions. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no microwave, which is essential for a family with a small child. Natasha, the host, went out of her way to buy and deliver one the very same day! I give it 10 out of 5.

We had a wonderful stay at Larisa’s apartment in Montenegro. The apartment was very well maintained, spotless, and exactly as described — with a stunning view of the mountains and a well-kept swimming pool that made our time there even more relaxing. Its location is ideal, just a short drive from Kotor Old Town and the bay, making it a great base for exploring the area. It was perfect for a family stay — quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Larisa had provided all the necessary instructions in advance, including a clear and helpful instruction booklet in the apartment. Larisa was extremely attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to Olga for her proactive and genuine helpfulness throughout — it made a real difference to our experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Kotor area — it’s definitely worth it.

La villa est moderne, propre et bien équipée. La vue sur la baie est à couper le souffle et notre hôte a toujours été hyper réactive! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, merci Nikolija!

Vraiment une belle surprise! Une vue incroyable sur la baie depuis le balcon, piscine calme et facilement accessible, intérieur spacieu et bien aménagé. Possibilité de rejoindre restaurants et bord de mer à qq minutes à pieds (route à traverser). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Village bien placé pour rayonner sur toute la baie, à 15min de Kotor.

We really enjoyed our stay — the view is fantastic! The house is well located around the bay and had everything we needed, though we did pick up a few extras like olive oil and coffee. The balcony is a bit close to the neighboring one, but it wasn’t an issue as we hardly saw anyone. Overall, a great spot. Thanks for hosting us!

We were a group of 4 friends looking to holiday somewhere none of us had been and didn’t know much about Montenegro. It was a fantastic choice. We stayed in Tivat, at Ljiljana’s place. The transfer from the airport took only 10 minutes (€20 for 2 taxis). Ljiljana’s directions were clear for the driver to follow. The place was high up ( Montenegro is NOT FLAT!) and has the most wonderful views of the sea, harbour and lush , hilly surroundings. It is a 8- 10 minute stroll to the harbour area. The apartment was, as described ( delightful). Ljiljana was there to meet us ( she was happy that we could get into our apartment sooner than expected). We used the swimming pool and the barbecue/ outside kitchen area (though didn’t cook) and lounges. Ljiljana was there ( via text) to answer any question ; responding quickly. I would happily recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable home from home (with a view). We took trips to Kotor and Budva which were both worth a visit.

Absolutely amazing air bnb hosts- the best I’ve ever had. Darko and his brother were incredible helpful with suggestions of what to do, they helped us book taxis, took us on a boat tour and were incredibly friendly. The house is in the most beautiful setting. You walk out the door and immediately have a great view of the sea. I can’t thank you enough for an amazing stay and all your help whilst we were there!

Incredible place to stay! Unbelievable views, access to water to swim and sun, and just so dreamy. Easy access by bus or car to Kotor but peaceful. Highly recommend.

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Well equipped, spacious, cozy. It is a 2km pleasant walk from the old town.

The apartment is super centric but quite, has a nice terrace to have breakfast on and is very clean and tidy. We loved our stay and are very grateful for the easy communication with Dmitry and Alina - they were great and provided us with good tipps! Very much recommended, I’ll be back :)

Nos logeurs que nous avons rencontrés sont absolument serviables et souriants. Leur priorité principale : que leurs hôtes soient aux mieux chez eux. Par exemple, le premier soir à notre arrivée nous avons demandé si il y avait un parasol pour la terrasse, réponse négative. Mais le lendemain matin ils arrivaient avec un parasol neuf acheté dans l’heure. A la moindre question ils répondaient rapidement. Conseils utiles : avoir une voiture est indispensable selon nous. Immeuble bien isolé. Belle vue. Toutes les commodités nécessaires et même au-delà. Nous ressentons la générosité de leur accueil. Bien situé tout en étant en retrait du centre ville. Près de l’aéroport sans les nuisances (et nous sommes très sensibles au bruit) Lieux neuf et moderne. Bien meublé avec soin MERCI pour tout ! Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir.

Heel fijn ruim appartement gelegen aan een van de rustigere gedeeltes van de baai van Kotor. In alles voorzien: zeer volledig ingerichte keuken, super douche, wasmachine etc etc. Terras is ook fijn, de vorige gasten hadden jammer genoeg de kussens van het tuinmeubilair in de regen laten liggen maar daar kan Marina niks aan doen. Je kan een paadje aflopen naar de baai (1 minuut lopen) en daar kan je ook zwemmen, met prachtig uitzicht (voor zover er geen cruiseschip in de weg ligt) Prima verblijf!

This place was beautiful, we had stunning views every morning and plenty of space for me and 3 friends. It was walking distance to Portonovi resort where our friend’s wedding was happening and our host Danilo and the cleaning lady were super helpful and responsive. A clean and well-built bathroom makes all the difference when you are away from home and this was one was pristine with good water pressure, temperature, ventilation and easy-to-use controls. We were all super pleased, thank you <3

Wir waren zwei Tage in dem großartigen und super ausgestatteten Appartment. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Blick von der Terrasse war traumhaft, es kommen immer mal wieder Katzen zu besuch, was unser Herz erwärmt hat. In die Altstadt sind es ca. 30min zu Fuß oder 5€ Taxi, so konnten wir Kotor wirklich gut erkunden. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!
