Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Perivolia

The apartment was clean and exactly how depicted on Airbnb. Petros was very friendly, the communication was easy and he answered my questions timely. Also the check in and check out times were flexible.

The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

Thank you very much for such a house. Where you can relax, a quiet neighborhood, you can sleep only to the singing of birds (no noise and cars from the road) the sea across the road, nearby! Modern design, the choice of curtains matches the bed linen and the walls, an excellent large shower and two toilets. You can relax in the salon in rocking chairs. And there's a TV with the Internet, you can watch anything. And most importantly, you can sunbathe right on the veranda and the neighbors can't see anything, there is a high fence . Thank you very much .

Lovely villa near to the sea and good restaurants serving Greek food . Happy to recommend. Some if the sunloungers. Old be updated but it’s a beautiful place to stay.

I think it is one of the best places to stay for people who like places outside of the town. Host is always very nice and helpful. The view from the terrace is amazing and the house is very convenient. We found everything we needed. We recommend the place to everyone.

This house is embracing its guests - which applies as well for the host (figuratively) - with its warm atmosphere, comfort, decoration and inspiration. Even in the kitchen is enough space to dance not only in the main sitting areas! Perfect for 2 singles as we have been, great for small and big families! The outdoor areas cater for every wish: sun or shade, behind or in front of the house, sitting under olive tree or near the lemon one, barbeque or run around with your dog . Only the morning traffic or nightly motorbikes and especially the so called "Easterly fireworks" were unpleasant for my dogs as we are used to silence. To sum it up: we will come again! We absolutely recommend it! Its an outstanding place to be!

Very good and clean apartment. - photos don’t match real apartment at all becouse according to their rules apartment will be the Same category and size but no exactly the same . We got completely different apartment and much smaller , landlord refused to change it and only after airbnb team help the apartment was changed to the one we choose.

They are everywhere, but you quickly get used to their company. 😉

I recommend it to everyone. It was close to everything, we walked to the center in 10 minutes, quiet place. It was clean and a very nice house. We were there for 5 days and we didn't have any problems.

Located in a village in the mountains, very quiet, with a fantastic view of the sea on the one hand and the really beautiful mountain panorama on the other. There is a large balcony facing the sea and a mega roof terrace. Sun worshippers will enjoy themselves. The place is basic but good. You just shouldn't be there when the temperatures try to undercut the record low - because it's not designed for that. The only surprising thing is the consumption costs, which are additional. 65 euros for two weeks water and electricity are not exactly a bargain. But Elena is a very sweet and touchingly caring host.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! Everything went smoothly, and the communication was excellent – fast, clear, and very helpful. The location is outstanding, especially if you’re planning to visit the Merit Casino, but it’s also convenient for other activities. I was completely satisfied and would gladly come back. The house is great located at a great Sandy beach. there are several restaurants in the area however the convince store is around 20 minutes walk. We had some issues with the house but Costas was very responsive and helped was on its way. overall very recommend

Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

Amazing mansion! I highly recommend it! I want this house for my home! Perfect decor,comfortable all the spaces of the house with a lovely fireplace and pool. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed even coffee. Andria was very helpful for what we needed, even where to go to dinner. We were big with a kid and had a great time! This house is unfair from the photos. I've come summer and winter, and I'll definitely be back! Thanks for everything!!!

The view and the private beach just steps away are wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
