Vieste A pochi passi dal mare e dal centro

L'appartamento di circa 60 mq è situato al 1 piano in zona residenziale a pochi metri dal mare. E' composto da 2 camere da letto, soggiorno con angolo cottura divano, bagno con doccia, balcone, lavatrice, aria condizionata e WI-FI. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono negozi, bar, pizzerie, supermercati. A soli pochi mt ci sono il porto turistico da cui partono le motobarche per le Grotte Marine e le Isole Tremiti e la stazione degli autobus. Non necessita dell'auto per spostarsi

Vico Lungo 9, Peschici

Il grazioso appartamento Vico Lungo 9 è situato nel centro storico, dove è possibile perdersi piacevolmente nei vicoletti di Peschici. E’ separato dal mare da poche decine di scalini ed è a due passi da tutti i servizi (ristoranti, bar, supermercato, farmacia, etc.). L’appartamento è composto di due piani: Primo piano: living, bagno e camera da letto.Secondo piano: cucina e terrazzo. Nota: appartamento non ideale per persone con mobilità ridotta. L'appartamento è stato costruito nel XVIII secolo, si trova nella Città Vecchia. È in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa. A pochi passi dal mare, dalla via pedonale, dalla magica, famosa spiaggia La Ripa (gratuita). Nuotando si può vedere il Centro Storico. Bellissimo panorama in fondo alla strada. Gli ambienti sono climatizzati. L'appartamento è dotato di lenzuola, e di asciugamani. Romantici ristoranti e bar panoramici nelle vicinanze.
