The house is located on the third floor and is divided into two levels: the third floor and the attic. Second floor: large living and dining room with fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and corner balcony. Attic floor: double sofa bed, two single beds and second bathroom. Private covered parking space, sky room, bicycle storage and large hobby room with fireplace and equipped tables.

La casa si trova al Fontenata al secondo piano con ascensore, è stata recentemente ristrutturata, con finiture di rilevo, ha due camere da letto, di cui una senza finestre ed un bagno con doccia , molto panoramica e luminosa, ha un posto auto gratis. Il residence ha un'area condominiale con un grande camino , più una sala giochi , il riscaldamento è accesso sempre anche durante la settimana, impianti di risalita, bellissime piste scuola noleggio sci vicino alle piste, vicino al centro.

Casa intera ideale per coppie e famiglie. Questo confortevole appartamento da poco ristrutturato è situato a pochi passi dal centro di Rivisondoli, nella zona dei residence, in via D'Annunzio. E' comodo, tranquillo, rifinito, ben attrezzato con una bellissima esposizione a sud-ovest, che lo rende molto luminoso. E' dotato di porta blindata, riscaldamento autonomo con caldaia a camera stagna, cucina, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e forno elettrico. Accoglie comodamente sino a 5 ospiti.

Accogliente e ben arredata, gode ti tutti i confort necessari. Disposta su due livelli, comprende una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno, due stanzette con letto a castello, una cucina completamente attrezza, salone con camino e secondo bagno.

Your room will be inside Agricasa Caprafico, the historic house inhabited by our family since 1924. You will have a double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed. Private bathroom and kitchen. Upon request, there is the possibility of adding breakfast and a delicious dinner prepared by my mother Ivana based on typical local products and our own produce! We look forward to seeing you!

My accommodation is close to Sulmona, a stone's throw from Lake Scanno and the Abruzzo National Park. My place is good for couples and hikers who love peace and nature. Inside the WWF Sagittarius Gorges oasis where bears, wolves, deer, golden eagles, coral gracchus and other rare and interesting animals live. There are many species of rare or endemic plants such as the Cornflower of Sagittarius.
