Il residence ha un'area condominiale con un grande camino , più una sala giochi , il riscaldamento è accesso sempre anche durante la settimana, impianti di risalita, bellissime piste scuola noleggio sci vicino alle piste, vicino al centro.

It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.
