An old traditional house built on 17th century, totally renovated on the early of 2015 We managed to design and built 4 total completed & separated appartments with different colors, architecture design and decoration. Our 4 unique appartments called (ANTHEMIS - NEFELI - IRIDA - ARIADNI) and can provide you a different way of living and enjoying your holidays. We are based only 300m from the port of Karlovasi, near to the famous beaches of Mikro & Megalo Seitani, Potami beach and waterfalls.

Beautiful home near town and beach

Summer home with large outdoor space and grassed play area ideal for families with kids . Only 5 minutes from town and the beach, this house can offer a quiet vacation in a secluded private estate surrounded by gardens fruit trees and views of the valley. It can easily accommodate two families or three couples as it comes with 3 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on 3 separate floors. Lower floor consists of a large TV room with separate sleeping quarters, kitchenette and comfortable bathroom.

A freshly renovated apartment with elegant modern touches, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere-ideal for a relaxing holiday.Perfectly located just 50 meters from the town's central square and main market, the home is within walking disatnce of everything you might need: pharmacy, supermarket, public parking, post office, health centre, bank, taxi, bus station, and the sea. Big Blue: Country house with a unique view

The house is located in the traditional village of Ambelos(23 km from Vathi, 14 km from Karlovasi) of Mount Carvouni. It is only 3 minutes walk to the Village Square and the closest beach is 5 km away. Can sleep 1-5 people since it has one double , one single bed and one sofa that turns into a bed. It has street accessibility with asphalt and parking on the limits of the plot. Pets are allowed and it's great for nature excursions.

The floating apartment

As the name indicates "The floating appartment" gives you the feeling that you are floating in the sea . Located 5 meter from the sea side the apartment promises unlimited view and offers the opportunity to witness beautιfull dawns and sunsets. Fully equipt with everything you will need to make your stay independent and comfortable, in a smooth and bright enviroment.

Σπίτι εντός του οικισμού διαθέτει πλήρη εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα -καθιστικό με τηλεόραση και wi-fi, δύο υπνοδωμάτια το ένα είναι με διπλό κρεβάτι , το άλλο διαθέτει δύο μονά κρεβάτια, μπάνιο και δικό του πλυντήριο, έχει δύο εξωτερικούς χώρους καθιστικού μέσα σε πράσινο περιβάλλον μπάρμπεκιου και χώρο στάθμευσης. Η παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 10 μέτρων.
