Holiday rentals with beach access in Petalidi

La bella casa di Eleni è un appartamento comodo, ben fornito, con letti comodi, un bagno spazioso e un terrazzo ampio. Tutto l’ambiente è pulito e luminoso; si trova in una posizione comoda, vicinissimo al mare e a bar pasticcerie molto raffinate. In 5 adulti siamo stati a nostro agio perché gli spazi sono ampi. Lo consigliamo e ci torneremo L’unico consiglio è di potenziare o attivare il Wi-Fi

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

Eleni‘s place was absolutely beautiful, close to all the amenities, beaches and restaurants. Perfect location. We stayed there last year and returned again. Would highly recommend this apartment as it is in a great location, clean, and very spacious. The surrounding area is to die for, with the drives to some of the local villages beyond belief. We can’t wait to visit Kalamata again and would definitely stay at this beautiful apartment again.

We booked this apartment primarily for its large terrace and views. It absolutely lived up to our expectations! The inside is very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The host Patricia is a very fine host. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes in the mornings for a swim and in the afternoons, we relaxed on the terrace. A great stay!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Schöne designbewusste Einrichtung und super Aussicht auf den Hafen. Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht und hat einige tolle Restaurants.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα του κυρίου Κώστα ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και κοντά στην παραλία (με αμάξι). Η ησυχία σε συνδυασμό με ένα τόσο άνετο κρεβάτι συνιστούσε τον ιδανικό συνδυασμό για έναν τέλειο ύπνο (πράγμα πολύ σημαντικό για τις διακοπές). Ο κύριος Κώστας απαντούσε πάντα αμέσως στο τηλέφωνο και ήταν πάντα έτοιμος να εξυπηρετήσει!Ένα μεγάλο ατού του δωματίου ήταν κι η πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα, η οποία είχε τραπεζάκι και καρέκλες για να κάτσεις όποια στιγμή της μέρας θες και να έχεις θέα όλο τον μεσσηνιακό κόλπο! Το κόστος ήταν, τέλος, λογικό και βιώσιμο! Συνιστώ τα καταλύματα του κυρίου Κώστα και ίσως στο μέλλον το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε.

Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft zu zweit mit einem Kind. Im eingezäunten Garten konnte unserer 2-Jähriger toll spielen. Es ist auch gemütlich und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Es gäbe noch so viel zu erzählen über diese Unterkunft, aber es ist alles in den anderen Bewertungen schon aufgeführt. Danke!

A lovely and well equipped space. Very clean and would definitely recommend. Check in and out was easy and well looked after by the host.

un logement idéal pour un couple car la chambre du bas n'a pas de fenêtre et aucune séparation entre les pièces . la vue est époustouflante . les 5 villas sont assez éloignées les une des autres pour avoir son intimité sur la terrasse. la piscine est très agréable avec aussi une super vue et de nombreux transats il faut absolument être véhiculé car il est très haut et loin de tout commerce à pied ( mais qq minutes en voiture.)

The apartment is well located and nicely furnished including amenities like a coffee machine, washing machine and fast wifi. We felt very much at home here and the hosts were approachable and had great recommendations. We stayed here during the off-season (in May) and the beach directly opposite of the street was full of driftwood and the beach bar closed. So we ended up going to Voidokilias beach most of the time which is roughly 15-20 minutes away and just incredible.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout était parfait : l’endroit est très propre, joliment décoré et particulièrement calme. L’emplacement est idéal, avec de nombreuses destinations accessibles facilement aux alentours. Un vrai coup de cœur, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Ήταν όλα ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΑ!!!! Πάρα πολύ φιλόξενοι οι οικοδεσπότες μας! Μας περιποιήθηκαν και με το παραπάνω! Δεν μου έχει ξανατύχει σε κατάλυμα να μου ετοιμάζουν φαγητό για να μην έχω να το σκεφτώ και αυτό ειδικά την 1η μέρα! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να περάσει με την οικογένεια του ή και με την παρέα του τις διακοπές του σε αυτό το κατάλυμα. Πολύ μεγάλο σπίτι, στην κυριολεξία ιδιωτική παραλία που δεν χρειάζεται να πάρεις μαζί σου απολύτως τίποτα πέρα από την πετσέτα και το αντιηλιακό σου! Οι οικοδεσπότες πάρα πολύ διακριτικοί όταν είναι εκεί! Δεν αισθάνεσαι καθόλου την παρουσία τους! Το σπίτι που μέναμε είχε όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος στις διακοπές του! Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε και σίγουρα το συστήνουμε!

Die helle und liebevolle eingerichtete Wohnung von Chris und Athina befindet sich im ersten Stock eines wunderschön renovierten Steinhauses. Die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Wirklichkeit. Es gibt einen Innenhof, auf dem man sich gut aufhalten kann. Das Haus befindet sich mitten in einem typisch griechischen Dorf in der Nähe des Dorfplatzes mit Kafenion. Es ist ab vom Tourismus und trotzdem sind die tollen Sandstrände in 20 Minuten per Auto erreichbar. Athina und Chris reagieren schnell, wenn es Fragen gibt. Wir haben unsere Zeit in ihrem Haus sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Markos und Elenis Unterkunft verbracht. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, vor allem über die gute Kaffeemaschine haben wir uns gefreut. Der Garten ist mit sehr viel Liebe hergerichtet und lädt dazu ein dort einfach mal einen Tag zu verweilen. Ein Auto ist für die Gegend zu empfehlen, so konnten wir einfach zu den schönen Stränden der Umgebung gelangen. Eleni ist sehr freundlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht.

We enjoyed so much this beautiful house. For a family of four it was very comfortable for us. Space, comfort, great view, nice beds, warm water and wifi, it was al there. We stayed a week and the location was perfect for day trips all around Mani. Vivi and Dikeos were very kind. A great way to fall in love with Greece!

Amazingly well positioned, private and super clean apartment. The bed was really comfortable and two pillows per person were provided. We loved eating our breakfast and some dinners on the private balcony overlooking the sea. Because the apartment was one big block back from the beach there was very little road noise and we were also able to park just outside. We would stay there again in a heartbeat 😍

Appartement correspondant parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce, la vue de la terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons apprécié ce que Grigoris avait mis à notre disposition pour le petit déjeuner. Le logement est en hauteur et un peu en dehors du centre ville mais les distances sont vraiment raisonnables et tout peut donc se faire à pieds. Nous recommandons donc vivement ce logement.

We had a lovely stay at Pyli Apartments! The place was very clean and located in a peaceful area, just a short walk from all the restaurants. It’s the ideal base for exploring the region. We parked in the car park which was a few mins away. Georgio's was very responsive and provided us with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants etc. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the slippers, dressing gowns, and well-stocked amenities.

We loved everything about it. Peacefull, very relaxed and Ioanniss and Carmen are great hosts. Nice and well equipped kitchen. Hope to return and will definitely spend more time there. Koroni is also a very charming little town.

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was wonderful (7 days). Maria and Konstantina were super proactive and nice in the communication. They gave us great tips for the area. And when something was broken, they immediately had it fixed. The apartment was super clean, is well equipped, the master bed was super comfortable and the location is right by the beach. We enjoyed the terrace in the morning and the cat family from the neighbourhood. 100% recommendation!

Logement magnifique, propre, moderne, fonctionnel, spacieux. Plusieurs terrasses. Etendoir a linge (très apprécié quand on fait une lessive). Nous avons été accueillis par Petros, un hôte très aimable et à l'écoute. Toute l'équipe qui gère cet appartement a d'ailleurs été très réactive à tout moment, un grand merci à eux. Un flyer avec des QR codes disponinle dans l'appartememt permet d'obtenir une foule de conseils très utiles sur les différentes activités aux alentours, les restaurants, etc. Le quartier lui-même est situé dans une zone résidentielle calme dont de nombreux bâtiments ont été constuits récemment. Accès à la mer à pied en 10-15 minutes et à la vieille ville en 20 minutes. Ou alors en 2 minutes en voiture. Bref, un excellent séjour dans un magnifique logement et une équipe très accueillante, je recommande à 100%!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Kalamata und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gut eingerichtet. Der schöne Balkon war ein Highlight. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Gastgeberin war schnell zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen!
