This peaceful, spacious studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The location is particularly favorable. It is an hour and a half from Athens, five minutes from Akrata. It combines the beauty, tranquility and safety of a private beach without traffic and cars, while nightlife lovers can enjoy it in the surrounding areas - Akrata, Derveni or Platanos. My place is ideal for couples, families with children and groups of friends.
