Holiday rentals with a patio in Petrača

The apartment was very homely and had a really comfortable bed as well as clean kitchen and bathroom areas. It’s a 30 second walk from an amazing view of Lokrum island and a short walk from the Old Port. This meant we could walk in for day excursions and evening meals while being able to stay in a quieter part of the city. Davor was an excellent host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the terrace lighting and helped us find somewhere to store our luggage on our final day after checking out, so that we could enjoy one final day in Dubrovnik. All round it was great and we’d love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Silvina’s studio in Dubrovnik! The apartment is exactly as pictured - modern, beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly cozy. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the Old Town. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and we immediately felt at home. The location is fantastic—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet close to everything. Be prepared for a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment, which can be a bit of a workout if you have heavy luggage, but it’s well worth it once you step inside. Silvana was a gracious and responsive host, making our experience seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for a stylish and peaceful place to stay in Dubrovnik with a touch of charm and authenticity, this is it.

Jakov was awesome. Super responsive, extremely nice, gave a ton of great recommendations in town. Made sure we had everything we needed and was flexible for check in and check out which was very appreciated. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely stay there again.

What a beautiful apartment! The decor was lovely, all the rooms were large and welcoming, the view from the terraces spectacular, and the neighborhood was walkable to old town, groceries and beaches. With three comfortable en-suite bedrooms and a large dining table to fit our group of three couples, we honestly could not have asked for more. We highly recommend Monika’s place!

We absolutely loved our stay! The view is absolutely stunning and the apt felt bigger than the photos looked. There’s a stunning quiet beach just a 10 min walk away and busses into Dubrovnik right out front of the Vilas.

An absolute gem Airbnb in Cavtat! A superbly appointed 2 storey apartment with two bedrooms. We sat regularly on the private terrace adjacent to the apartment with stunning views over the bay. The location is harbour side, close to restaurants including Mislav’s just 50 metres from our front door. We highly recommend you take some meals there as the seafood is delicious and so fresh! Beautiful walks, swimming spots nearby, regular ferry service to Dubrovnik worth a day. And numerous more aquatic activities on the doorstep. We would highly recommend this superb apartment. Looking forward to a return soon we hope :-D

The apartment is very nice, functional, beautiful decor and everything is there to have a great stay. Bus line at the bottom of the street to reach the old town very easily. We spent a wonderful week engraved in our memory and our heart. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! It was exactly the kind of restful escape we were hoping for, and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

We loved staying at Marijana’s beautiful home! It’s even better than the photos! She was so kind and flexible with us dropping off our bags early, and gave great recommendations on restaurants. The home is in a perfect location but as others have said, be prepared for lots of stairs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Had a great stay at Antea. Friendly welcome with tips for the area. Easy to contact, quick response. Very kind and helpful. Just outside the old city, so you are in the city but do not have the hustle and bustle of the city. Walls with the neighbors are thin, so you have to be lucky for a quiet stay. Absolutely worth it, highly recommended!!!

Stunning villa and we had a lovely time there. We’re a family of 5 and stayed at the end of May. It has a fantastic outdoor space and great pool. Loads of space and a really well kitted out kitchen with comfy beds. It’s in a really quiet village and Mia’s parents were so kind to bring us homemade cordial , and fruit and veg. We used it as a base to drive to other parts of the country so got plenty of use out of our hire car.

We had a lovely stay at Ivan's apartment in Slano and very much enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you could wish for, we especially loved the big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun with a lovely view of the sea and the hills. Ideal for breakfast. Ivan is an exceptionally good host, always communicating swiftly, friendly and supportive. He has many good ideas and tips for travelling, so make sure to talk to him. We can definately recommend this apartment and wish to come back.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying here. Igor was fantastic, really responsive and helpful, and even brought little chocolate gifts for the kids. The pool was amazing, the location near beaches and not far from Dubrovnik. Igor even proactively offered to help us out after noticing an issue with our car - cannot recommend here highly enough for a break. The area is a paradise, the hosts are wonderful and the villa is perfect. We’ll be back.

Natalia is such a great host! She was very attentive and took very good care of us. The house is beautiful, surrounded by gardens and very close to the beach. We stayed there in April and it was very calm, exactly what we were looking for!

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.
