Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for whatever we needed with a good mood. All those who offered services at the accommodation were helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I will choose it again.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Welcomed on arrival and shown around apartment. Ideal for 2 couples each with own access. Perfectly located for popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The view of the lighted Acropolis from the rooftop at night created the perfect end to each evening. Highly recommend!

The house was spotless, the sheets and towels perfectly clean and the host was very communicative and sweet! I’d definitely book it again.

We stayed there for 2 nights. We were 5 people is the house and we could stay easily. There are 2 big beds and one sofa bed , all of them are comfortable and the house is clean spacious and accessible for everyone. The Private parking is something that really stood out for us. The host was really helpful with the instructions and whatever else we needed while we were there. Overall a very good experience, we will surely look to stay there again.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment has all the necessities. It is in the immediate vicinity of a quiet little quiet where there are many restaurants. The apartment is quiet, the terrace is ideally exposed to the sun all day, the building is very secure. Host is responsive. Recommended.

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Spent 7 days the location was amazing. Had family dinner on rooftop. Definitely recommend staying here. Will be back.

Angie & Stavro's place is fantastic. We stayed for a month in total, and this is such a great place for when. you want to feel close to the center, but not have all the nosie etc. The pool is such a good touch, the fact that it is heated, means you can use it no matter the weather. Everything was as expected, the amenities were perfect, and would 100% stay again. They are both really nice people, and helped us a lot with recomendations and what to do during our stay.

Lovely place! Beautifully decorated with attention and eye for details. The area was great, two blocks from metro and area has really good local restaurants. Not much tourists in the area and walking distance of 30 minutes from Acropolis. Irene (host) communicated well, friendly and flexible. Apartment very convenient to access with key code and no need for a physical key. Would book it again if Itravel to Athens!

Engjellushe is a very responsive and kind person. We stayed only one night at her place and it was a great time. the neighboorhood is calm and there is a hyper market right in front of the house. the bed was also super comfortable. If I come back to Athena, this house will be my choice again.

Excellent apartment for a couple. It's a little small but has everything you need for a stay in Athens. Very well located. Close to everything. You can walk around the city from the apartment. It is very tastefully decorated. Modern and very comfortable. Air conditioning is essential for the heat of Athens in spring. Aikaterini is very warm and hospitable. She was attentive to our needs the whole time and had no problem with us leaving later than check-out time. Totally recommended. I'd go back without hesitation. He also left us welcome gifts and a bottle of water in the refrigerator. Really outstanding details. Thank you Aikaterini for everything!!!
