The apartment is nice, relatively freshly renovated. Great view from the patio. Furnishing is functional and beautiful. Bathroom is tight, shower just okay for me (188cm). The bathroom is in very good condition. The kitchen is very spartanly equipped with cooking utensils and rather not suitable for preparing large meals but also very good in shape! The short walk to the beach is an absolute plus. Nearby, there are many restaurants and also a somewhat secluded beach for wonderful sunsets within walking distance.

Marko and Antonija are amazing hosts, they are very helpful, understanding and overall lovely people. The apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday! Thank you :)

Lovely host and great apartment

Our vacation was just magnificent. We fully enjoyed the silence and the sea. We enjoyed the privacy, no crowds of people on the beach, screaming and screaming children. We moved away from the hustle and bustle and stress, as if we had visited a psychologist. Sanin is the father of the hostess and his dog Lou is very good. They were nearby, but we didn't notice them. The restaurant is about 10-15 minutes by car. I'm sure we'll go there again and again.

We recommend renting this apartment. Dijana took care of all the details, the cold apple juice was especially nice. Thank you 🙂

The stone house was simply fantastic! We were particularly enthusiastic about the absolutely private and secluded pool - perfect for relaxing. The tranquility in the area was exactly what we needed. We felt completely comfortable and recommended the accommodation directly to friends and family. A clear recommendation for those seeking relaxation and privacy!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

A great holiday in Privlaka - absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time in this vacation home in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available, without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. Everything you need for a successful holiday was available in the vicinity: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. In addition, Privlaka was an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We have discovered many charming cities in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). Beautifully furnished apartment with a stunning roof terrace with jacuzzi, sun loungers and sea views! A real gem! We can only recommend this stay... Nin and its surroundings are absolutely worth exploring. The picturesque center of Nin is within walking distance. We certainly hope to be able to come back here again!

This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

We were 4 adults and a child 14 days in this beautiful villa. We particularly liked the quiet area. The villa looked exactly like the pictures. We had a brief problem with the pool pump. In response to our message, someone came by within 3 minutes and within a maximum of 2 hours a company came to fix the problem immediately. We would come back here anytime. Next time, 3 weeks.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.
