Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

Studio l'Obrador 25 m2 + Kitchen, pool access

In order to rest or work in peace, we welcome you to the Obrador. (The Occitan Workshop) that we have set up for your comfort. The studio, with independent access, includes a large bed (160 x 200) and two bunk beds (90 x 190), which can accommodate parents with children. The bathroom consists of two sinks, a walk-in shower, private toilet and towel dryer. You will benefit from the well-being of our swimming pool (safe for children).

L'Antre du Pirate, a charming little apartment

The pirate's lair. Come and discover Captain Tortuga's charming hideout. Composed of its independent entrance, the apartment houses a charming living room open to the equipped kitchen. You will find a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for one to two people. As well as a video projector for your movie nights. A separate bedroom with a double bed. A magnificent bathroom with a style that reflects its captain.
