Wir bieten eine Wohnung für 2 Personen, die am Stadtrand zwischen Augsburg und Friedberg liegt. Im Wohnzimmer steht zusätzlich eine Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Romantisch liegt die kleine Stadt Friedberg auf einer Anhöhe und ist immer einen Besuch wert. Zu Fuß erreicht man in ca. 15 Minuten den Bahnhof (Augsburg-Hochzoll), von wo aus man schnell Augsburg, München oder auch das Allgäu erreicht. Kulturell gibt es viel zu erkunden. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Entspanne dich in unserem kleinen Paradies. Das außergewöhnliche Tiny House hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den naturnahen Garten. Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

This is an older cottage with simple furniture, so please do not expect modern luxury and perfection, but idyll and charm!

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
