Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses welches wir als Familie bewohnen, ist jedoch vollständig abgetrennt mit eigenem Eingang. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen, Bad mit WC/ Badewanne/Waschmaschine/Trockner, sowie der Wohnküche mit TV und Bettsofa für weitere 2 Pers. Eigene kostenfreie PP direkt am Haus + Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for walking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful swimming lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural delays. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached and unobstructed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The key handover takes place, if desired, completely contactless! Our cozy newly renovated large apartment in Lechaschau is located in a former farmhouse directly on the B189 (within the village) into the Lech Valley. Since it is a very old house, the ceiling height is quite low compared to new buildings.
