I rent out a newly renovated, refurbished and newly furnished 1-room apartment with magnificent mountain views in the beautiful climatic health resort, Immenstadt im Allgäu. Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

Lake Constance and Bregenz are only 30 minutes away, winter sports fun in Mellau-Damüls (30 min.)Hochhäderich and Balderschwang (10 min.). Brenda´s Mountain Home

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Apartment mountain view/sun

A cozy apartment in the Allgäu.:) Freshly renovated, clean and cozy. The mountain view is breathtaking! The quietly located house to which the apartment belongs is a bit older and old-fashioned. Unfortunately, the sauna is currently not available. However, the modern apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The bed is big and comfortable. A second bed is in a separate room. The first mountains are easily accessible on foot. The next ski lift is only a few hundred meters away.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Villa Senz - Vacation Rental "Wonne"

How nice that you are interested in our apartment "Wonne"! It is located on the first floor of Villa Senz – a converted, 500-year-old farm in Pfronten Steinach. In the middle of the beautiful Allgäu lake landscape and the Alpine foothills, the ideal starting point for sports activities, excursions or relaxing days on the large terrace with magnificent mountain views. Culturally, the Allgäu has a lot to offer, from traditional festivals to historical sights.

Close to the mountains!

Make yourselves at home. The 80 m² apartment impresses with its loving details. It is modernly decorated and has a gigantic view of several 2000 m peaks. You can leave your car parked. Within walking distance you can reach Falkenstein Castle, the Breitenbergbahn, supermarket and cheese shop. Another special feature is our XXL family bed in the size 270 x 200 cm. Just plenty of room for 2 or 2+ child. A crib in the size 140 × 70 cm is also in the room.

Welcome to our lovingly designed apartment, which was furnished by the carpenter with unique details. High-quality wooden floors create a cozy ambience. The ski slope is about 5 minutes by car, and in 2 minutes you can reach the Höllschlucht forest rope course. The alpine hiking trail to the Kapeller Alpe leads directly behind the house. Enjoy the variety of leisure opportunities for athletes and relax in your alpine retreat!
