Ate who approached me (sorry i forgot your name) was very hospitable. And Kuya who guarded the place was very helpful. As a solo traveler, the place is safe and very convenient.

Jack's place felt like home in the middle of paradise. The room was spotless, with not a thing out of place. The space had everything we needed – there was lots of space for our stuff, the bed was cozy (the thick blanket = extra comfy sleep), the wifi was fast, the aircon was cold, the table and floor cushions were great for lounging, the sink had so much counter space, and the toilet had good flush power. Though we didn't cook, we liked that there was a kitchen where we could use utensils and mugs, and there was available drinking water. Major plus points for the solar energy, too – a game changer in an island with frequent power outages. The location was also great; close to everything but far enough from all the hustle and bustle of GL. Jack was a delightful host, very attentive and responsive and gave us a lot of tips! He even arranged our airport transfer when we arrived. By far the best Airbnb on the island and I'd 100% stay here again!
