The residence is 7.8 km (15 minutes) from the city center and 5 km from the sea. Its tenants will have at their exclusive disposal the 5-acre garden, the ground floor house (100 sq.m.), the swimming pool (140 sq.m.) and the pool kiosk (100 sq.m.) which has a fully equipped kitchen, billiards, 65-inch TV, 3 bathrooms (two with shower). The ground floor house has a WC and a bathroom with shower which is accessible from the master bedroom.
