Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Phra Khanong

I had the pleasure of being one of the first guests at this brand-new listing, and it was a great experience overall. The house is very large, clean, and tastefully furnished. Location is great with walking distance to a BTS station, making it a perfect base to explore Bangkok from. The host Luca is very responsive and was eager to assist with any questions I had about the area, as well as giving some great recommendations for local restaurants and nightlife spots to check out in Bangkok. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for top notch Bangkok experience!

It's my first bnb experience, made me felt very comfortable and friendly. The house is not located at CBD but not too far, and easy to find. Close to BTS station, lots of food venders and a 7-11 around corner. Totally shows Bangkok's local street, very suitable for someone want to explore local life and foodies. We had a wonderful week at lovely cozy house, wish can come back soon!

Had a very comfortable stay. House was as pictured and the neighbourhood was very trendy. Would recommend to future guests.

Todo muy bien! La ubicación excelente ! Tenía muy bien aire acondicionado y un ventilador que ayudaba un extra! Toallas limpias, cama cómoda, muy buena smart TV para descansar ! Lo único, esque nos tocó muchas hormigas en el baño ya que la tubería da al río. Pero de ahí en más todo perfecto!

Loved our stay here. The apartment was cozy and perfect for our time in Bangkok. Easy to get to and close to a BTS station (metro/subway). Lots of great services (massage, nails, groceries, etc), cafes and restaurants close by. Would highly recommend 🤩

Pim is a very sweet host, she does not hesitate to communicate, answers all our questions. You understand his sincerity from the first moment. She took us to public transportation during our stay, we were extra happy that she took care of us during our stay. I can't wait to stay again on my next visit to Bangkok. *Also, the Rice cakes are delicious.

This was a great place; I had a great time here. The apartment was amazing; cozy, clean, and quiet. I was in a great location; near a mall, public transportation, and plenty of places to eat. I recommend this place to anyone. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Canon's place is beautifully done. The finishings on the interior design are lovely with textured plaster, styled lighting, colourful cement tiles, curvy doorways and warm timber. The sheets were very nice and towels fluffy. We loved the local area, it's a mix of modern and new. Some excellent restaurants and coffee shops around. Highly recommend.

As good as always. I hope owner will build same type condominiums in Bangkok. Here is a hidden retreat in Bangkok. This room’s weak point. No washing machine in the room. No balcony for drying clothes. (You can use free washing machine on the first floor.)

Modern building with a unique style. Fast elevators and active security. Great view of the city. Multiple restaurants and a 7/11 less than 50 meters away.

Stella was easily the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She was extremely responsive and quick to help out with any recommendations. Her place was absolutely stunning, exactly as described in the listing. Check in instructions were extremely easy to follow with information she provided. I am so thankful that I was able to stay at her place and highly recommend any guest stay there.

Es hat alles prima geklappt. Sehr gute Beschreibung um vom Zug, Haltestelle, AOK, in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Die Wohnung könnte etwas suchen und Überarbeitung vertragen, alles in allem aber völlig in Ordnung. Die Küche könnte ein wenig sortierter sein. Der Pool ist richtig gut, gerade nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt. WLAN funktioniert und die Waschmaschine erfüllt ihren Dienst. Der Gastgeber ist schnell zu erreichen und behebt kleinere Mängel sofort. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, sie ist ruhig, gut gelegen und für zwei Leute ausreichend groß , jederzeit gerne wieder.

Great place to stay.Great view from 29th floor. very close to BTS, and a 7-11 Has a well equipped gym and swimming pool. Neat, clean and has everything you need for a long term stay. The host communicates clearly and is available to answer your questions. Overall recommended for long term stays

The room was excellent! Views were really hard to beat, room is remodeled really well. One thing I would like to note was the location of the room is not in the best part of town and stepping outside really wasnt the best experience in my personal experience, street vendors smells and traffic were a bit much. There are also plenty of signs in the lobby mentioning that airbnbs are not legal in that building to try and avoid any subleasing. If that is something that would bother you then try another place. We pushed through and had a really great time.
