Η Villa αποτελείται από δύο κτίρια. Το 1ο κτίριο εκτείνεται σε δύο επίπεδα και το 2ο αποτελεί μια σουίτα με διπλό κρεβάτι, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ανεξάρτητη κουζίνα. Στον πρώτο όροφο του κτιρίου βρίσκονται η κουζίνα, το σαλόνι καθώς και δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το κάθε ένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται η σουίτα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, διθέσιο καναπέ και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Εξωτερικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει μια επιπλωμένη βεράντα με τραπεζαρία και γύρω από την πισίνα ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλα. Δυνατότητα BBQ.

An entire villa with a large garden and a wonderful pool with a great view of the Corinthian gulf just a few kilometres outside the picturesque village of Galaxidi. The villa is part of 4-house-complex built in a 4000 sq.m. private estate.⁣ ⁣ The house is air conditioned and fully-equipped. It is ideal for families with children, but also for couples enjoying complete privacy as the house is built on 3 levels. You can easily park your car right outside from the house in a covered parking seat.

The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Milina bietet viele Strände in der näheren Umgebung, Tavernen, Supermärkte, Apotheke und ATM. Ein idyllischer Fischerhafen und Strandbars lassen Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Der große Garten mit Erfrischungs-Pool (2 x3 m) und Aussen-Dusche, Trampolin und einem Gemüsegarten eignen sich besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Haustiere sind willkommen.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, 1 hour from Athens, 1.5 hours from DELPHI and 1/2 hour from the island of Evia in the Gulf of Skroponeria. Located 50 m from the sea, possibility to paddle and kayak (and jet ski for an additional fee). Come and fish for mussels and sea urchins in the gulf or with a bit of luck you can see seals and dolphins. The studio is attached to our house while keeping your independence. Possibility of 2 additional independent bedrooms.
